It’s time to require three things to vote: Proof of citizenship in the form of a birth certificate or legal immigration papers; Proof of literacy in English; and a test to ascertain the prospective voter has a basic understanding of our history and the form of government we’re suppose to have here – small and limited with a focus on the importance of the Bill of Rights, which is what makes us ‘exceptional.’
