Got me started again, still recording the fall, and the absurdity…

This is worth watching as it’s one of the better accounts I’ve seen of this issue. Though his accent is a little hard to follow at times I can’t say much since I only speak amerikan English and some of the redneck hill dialect I was raised around.

He also allegedly told his disciples and the Sanhedrin that he’d return in THEIR LIFETIMES to establish his earthly kingdom. Didn’t make it. They’ve been lying about, ignoring, that fine point ever since.

I’ve long tended to think, not believe, that the story/legend/myth, it’s a combo of all three probably, was likely based on a real character, like a lot of ancient myth.

People spend a lot of time on what Shakespeare(if he really wrote that stuff) really meant, and that’s only 500 years old. No one with two brain cells to rub together blindly trusts what the msnm newswhores claim about what happened at 10 am this morning yet billions put blind faith in ancient tribal propaganda.

There is ‘wisdom’ in many ancient texts. That doesn’t mean that all who recite them are necessarily ‘wise.’

I could write something about some tv preacher who fell from grace decades back and begged his congregation for forgiveness but I didn’t attend any of his services or watch his program so it’s all second or farther hand.

FK – Religion doesn’t always cause war. Usually it’s just another good excuse for it.

What the book(s) actually say(s) matters little. What the sheeple can be convinced it means is everything.

I feel safe in claiming that’s the main reason most follow their savior, in order to get saved from what it will do to them if they don’t. And they have no problem with the concept that the rest of their ‘loved ones’ and friends could end up in the lake of fire. How pathetic.

Reading my copy of the Koran, which every other paragraph or so reminds the reader of the threat of hell, tells me how dangerous it is and how pathetic are those who are raised reciting it and little else.

I’m not really interested in returning to cave man or horse and buggy days. I grew up hearing plenty about the not-so-good ol’ days and did enough gardening as a kid to have no romantic illusions about it.

As my momma used to say “I’ve been drinking crawdad water all my life.” She was literally born in a log cabin. Her mother almost died in the process I think as there was plenty of blood on the floor.

This is why I usually don’t comment much on longer vids/docs that I post on here. But this is a worthwhile issue, similar to the last vid I posted though it was much shorter.

First what I wrote before watching more than a couple minutes of this:

If so-called ‘conservatives’ and ‘libertarians’ can’t grasp they face a common enemy and realize what must be done about it, i.e. treating the plague for what it is and eradicating the polluted bodies, then the avg. dumbass probably isn’t gonna catch on.

From my understanding the Romans didn’t lose their republic because they prayed to the wrong gods. They lost it because they lost the resolve to keep it.

We lost ours in 1865. Try getting the average republicrat to grasp that and act on it. Many of them stupidly think the demonscat party hasn’t changed in 160 years and forward memes that equate the southern men of that era with the modoern kKK.

I’ll try to watch this, to see if you prove me wrong.

And if you think this can be fixed by being nice to them and simply telling them the truth, you haven’t been paying attention for very long. FK – Preachers on both sides of the American abolition movement used the ancient tribal propaganda to their benefit. With the proper ‘interpretation’ one can prove or disprove almost anything. Maybe that was the intention.

I don’t know as much as I’d like about the enlightenment but my understanding is that the concept of natural rights has it’s roots both in religion and in humanist thought.

Are you free in England now? Of course not. What was the major religion there when socialism was voted in, which of course began the decline of your country and in reality spelled the doom of what liberty you did have?

Here in amerika the religionists of the the early 19th century up to today had/have a pathetic understanding of our Bills of Rights. Jefferson lived to see some of the results of the ‘great awakening,’ a great religious revival that swept early America and was deeply saddened by it.

One christian patriot told me a few years back that Jefferson is in Hell. I cannot respect that. Believing in such is condoning it. That’s how that works.

When they don’t or refuse to understand that ‘freedom of religion’ must by necessity mean ‘freedom from the religion of the nut down the road’ or the fundies hiding in a cave on the other side of the world also means freedom from their version, sub-version or subversion then I know I’m right.

In fact modern ‘christianity’ is so infiltrated as to not only be useless to itself but to any hope of restoring our republic or our Bills of Rights. That ‘old time religion’ is not what it was in my youth, or what the old folks sang about then nor what their grandparents sang about. Being raised rural southern Baptist and having some exposure to other versions, sub-versions and subversions has convinced me that for the most part religion only encourages ignorance, fear and apathy. In a common statement made by many believers “God is in control. I don’t have to worry about it.”

A wonderful excuse for sitting on their mental and physical asses and doing nothing while passing their slavery on to their children because they’ve been convinced by their preachers that the world will end soon and there’s nothing to be done anyway.
