Of course, this was not “shocking” to Gun Owners of America, as we have long warned about the dangers of using medical information to disarm law-abiding citizens.
The Daily Caller said, “The VA sends veterans’ personal medical and financial information directly to the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, which can seize their guns in home raids.”
Sadly, this problem is only going to get worse, as ObamaCare funds the computerization of medical records on ALL AMERICANS. So now, millions of Americans could find themselves denied their right to buy firearms because of medical diagnoses such as PTSD or depression.
But you won’t even have to suffer from a “medical issue” to be denied. According to USA Today, the ability to “cut and paste” from one record to another can lead to potentially dangerous medical errors in the database. And for gun owners, this means wrongful denials when submitting to instant background checks while trying to buy guns.
FK – It’s way past time to demand a repeal of all ‘gun laws.’ Where’s the NRA?

FK – Most of the home schooled kids I’ve known were smarter than your average sheeplet and better behaved.
FK – A WND story on another, more ‘normal’ family in New Jersey:
FK – Only when trash like this ‘social worker’ starts getting turned into tree food will our country begin to see the light of Liberty.
Another reason we so desperately need a militia in every county in this country. But then the ‘conservatives’ and ‘libertarians’ are all too frightened of the ‘m’ word in the Second Amendment to actually stand up and do what will be required to fix this mess if it can be fixed. Many of them would rather sit on their asses and wait for the world to end.
And one from the ‘enemy’ camp:
FK – Don’t miss the comments on that one. Some are very instructive.
From skimming over a lot of this there seems to be some real issues that will have to be worked out. As long as the kids are healthy and ‘educated,’ however one chooses to define that, they should be left the hell alone. Though I wouldn’t like having to weather the past two Kentucky winters we’ve had, the coldest I remember in my lifetime, in such conditions, there are humans who endure worse. Simple fact.
FK – A page the family seems to have created after their children were taken:
The Naugler’s original family website?: Blessed Little Homestead
From their site: Why We Homeschool How We Became Homeschoolers
The family’s fakebook page.
The mother’s fakebook page.
FK – I have to partly agree with this:
FK – But the same indoctrination could be given to government schooled kids and most certainly to kids who attend ‘christian’ or ‘muslim’ schools. If the author is ‘bisexual’ then he/she is probably suffering from some birth defect or mental illness. Simple fact. But then this is not a pretty world and some don’t like being shoved into other peoples’ molds.
The human race has a lot of growing up to do and I don’t expect to be in this realm long enough to see that process finished.
An interesting link from one of the comment sections:
FK – Though I don’t see how that applies to the situation at hand. CPS seems to operate in their own sphere, outside the Bill of Rights.
What’s amazing about all this is these parents, for whatever faults they may have, are putting far more thought into their time in this world than the average dumbass ever will, with their ‘normal’ home, mortgage, big screen weaponvision, bass boat, whatever. Simple fact. Most of their kids may grow up to be ‘normal,’ taxpaying sheep, but maybe one or two of them won’t, and those are the kind of people who make the world a better place, or at least a more interesting place.
Meanwhile in less ‘free’ places:
However, SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb noted that in reaching his decision, Judge Settle acknowledged that “The Court is sympathetic to Plaintiffs in that one must actually be prosecuted or under actual or immediate threat of prosecution before the Court may address the constitutionality of a statute.” The judge further observed that “the fairness of this rule may definitely be questioned…”
“It is mind boggling that a law-abiding citizen evidently must put their civil rights, not to mention their clean criminal record, at risk before a court can rule whether a law is constitutional,” Gottlieb observed. “It is definitely unfair, and we believe every American will think it unfair that someone has to be chained and incarcerated before they are allowed to challenge an attack on their constitutional rights.
FK – There’s nothing ‘mind boggling’ about it. We’re at war. Our domestic blood enemies want us disarmed so we can’t hunt and eradicate them after enough finally see the necessity of doing so. That’s all it’s ever been about. The crime issue is a red herring, an excuse to persuade the ignorant.
Meanwhile:

FK – Why would someone that smart bother with shyster school, all that debt with no guarantee of a job?
Chuckie Schemer is the real danger. It should’ve been tried for treason and executed years ago. But ‘conservatives’ and ‘libertarians’ lack the brains to work together and the backbone necessary to form the militia force that would be necessary to do what will be required.
Dear Legislator,
In the interest of full disclosure, I am an un-indicted criminal. For the past two years, my friends and I have been breaking the state firearm laws of Colorado, Connecticut, New York, Maryland and, most recently, the state of Washington, that were passed in the wake of Sandy Hook. In those states where standard capacity magazines were banned, we have smuggled in such forbidden items in defiance of those laws. We have hardly made a secret of it. We want the authorities to arrest us. To date, they have not dared. In Connecticut and New York, the non-compliance rates on the registration of firearms and magazines are estimated to be as much as 85% to 90%. In New York, county sheriffs have put the state police on notice that if they try to enforce the SAFE Act in their jurisdictions that THEY will be arrested, not their intended victims. The authorities of those states have made noises that they will enforce these unconstitutional laws. But again, to date THEY HAVE NOT DARED.
FK – Another reason we need a militia in every county in this country.
FK – Another law that won’t be obeyed. Another reason we need a militia in every county in this country.
FK – So why doesn’t the big money NRA have a free system for non-members to use to contact their elected public servants about this issue like Gun Owners of America?
FK – Kentucky needs to get on the ball and restore our Liberty here. A right applied for is a privilege.
As always, there are other options:
FK – A ‘dangerous criminal’ is presumably but not always someone who has been convicted of a violent crime and is in prison. If we have a ‘dangerous criminal’ in prison that cannot be trusted with weapons why are we letting him out? Why has the ‘pro gun’ community ignored this obvious question for so long?
We need to end the ‘drug war’ and free the prisons up for those who actually belong there. When felons are ‘trusted’ to return to society they need to get all their rights back. No person should be deprived of their right to self defense. If they’ve ‘paid their debt to society’ society has no business treating them like second class citizens.
But then we need to repeal GCA ’68 and the NFA and all the other evil ‘gun laws’ anyway don’t we?
The ‘crime’ issue is a red herring. Even if ‘gun control’ could be proven to lower crime it would still be evil.
All ‘gun control’ is propaganda designed to condition the sheeple to more ‘control’ until full civilian disarmament is achieved. Thus all gun control is an act of war. All who forward it should be arrested, tried for treason against Human Liberty and executed.
JPFO had the right idea years ago: Destroy gun control.

— Loretta Lynch is confirmed as Obama’s new Attorney General
“Eric Holder began disregarding the Constitution and laws after he was confirmed as Attorney General. Ms. Lynch has [already] told the Senate that’s what she’s going to do.” — Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), speaking in opposition to Lynch’s nomination on the Senate floor, April 23, 2015
Mitch McConnell leads the betrayal, joins with Harry Reid to support Lynch
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his leadership team put a big, fat knife in the back of gun owners in connection with the confirmation of anti-gun Attorney General Loretta Lynch today.
Close to 50 senators had announced their intention to vote against Lynch’s nomination, and pro-gun senators were filibustering Lynch.
Not only that, GOA was prepared to work with Senators to invoke a parliamentary maneuver which would have killed Lynch’s nomination, because in the weeks leading up to the vote today, she didn’t have the 60 votes necessary to shut off a filibuster under Rule XXII of the Senate rules.
In fact, 43 Senators ultimately voted against Lynch, which would have been enough votes to continue a filibuster and keep her from being confirmed. But more on that below.
snip
* You can see which Senators VOTED TO FILIBUSTER the Lynch nomination here.
* And, you can view the FINAL CONFIRMATION vote here.
In both cases, a “NO” vote is the pro-gun vote.
FK – At least Paul voted the right way. Mccommie either has late stage oldtimers disease or it’s been a commie/NWO hack plant all along.
FK – Looks like it’s time to buy more ammo.
No charges will be filed against the unidentified Uber driver, who used his licensed handgun to stop the alleged shooter, a 22-year-old man who now faces criminal prosecution. SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan Gottlieb noted that, had this armed citizen not been present, this incident could have turned out much differently, and much worse.
“This widely-reported incident could not have happened without our lawsuit in Moore v. Madigan, which forced Illinois to adopt a concealed carry statute allowing law-abiding citizens to be armed,” Gottlieb said. “The concealed carry law our case demanded needs no further justification, based on the standard so often tossed out by gun control proponents to push restrictions. It has saved one life, and possibly more lives.
FK – The dangerous nuts have been writing the laws for 150 years…
FK – Which proves they want us disarmed so we can’t hunt them as the Militia
in the Second Amendment, that so many seem to be so frightened of, should already have been doing long ago. The crime issue has always been a red herring.
If he does, you can expect that THE BIGOT GAME will become a standard way of doing business — to an even greater extent than it is now.
Understand this: If you give a bully what he wants, you have guaranteed that the bullying will never end.
Take into consideration, also, that, if Democrats retain the White House, Lynch will almost certainly be nominated to replace Anthony Kennedy or Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court. And, if Republicans believe they are experiencing pain now, wait till the “swing vote” for the entire federal judiciary is on the line.
So the GOP is now in the unique position of choosing how miserable it wants to be. When you feed a test animal, you get more of the same behavior. And confirming Lynch will be the ultimate reward for the Democrats’ loathsome campaign.

Only 3-4 states or so have ‘constitutional carry.’ So we’re a ways from ‘having it back.’
.”…and we’ll fight you in the streets and the hills if you ever tell us to ‘turn them in’…”
But somehow that part gets left out.
Great P.R. speech. This isn’t ultimately about P.R. is it? Winning their hearts and minds might be a great concept. How did it really work in Vietnam?
The crime issue is as always a red herring. If ‘gun control’ could be proven to reduce common crime it would still be evil.
The coming war may not be started over guns, the tools we will have to use to restore Liberty here. Last year’s events at the Bundy Ranch proved that. That was the single most important event of 2014. Did anyone at this convention mention it?
Will the NRA grow the rest of the way up and work to organize, arm and train the militia force we will most definitely need someday to do what will be required?
