FK – I’ve been watching this process for 20-30 years. Blood conflict will be necessary for two reasons:

Not enough average dumbasses see the necessity of becoming truly politically involved, that means more than voting based on choosing which spin or sound bites has the most emotional appeal which means we will wake up one day, as the Europeans are now, with our backs against the wall.

Our domestic blood enemies, who have white skin and wear expensive suits will NEVER throw up their hands and say “Oh sorry we bothered you, we’re going home now to live in peace and Liberty with our neighbors.” They will have to be forced to end their nearly completed overthrow of our Bill of Rights, which is their real enemy. The loopholed, ignored con-stitution was never a worry to them because it was probably their creation.

A dictatorship would not be necessary, just a few simple to understand constitutional amendments, such as: no more ‘gun control;’ no more socialism of any kind; no more income tax on any level; no tolerance of commie/authoritarian front groups because in reality there’s no such thing as a ‘right’ to work to enslave those around you; a strict definition of what government property is and should be; a militia force to make sure the granite gallows in front of every government building doesn’t fall into disuse. It’s not rocket science.

Will it be easy? Will it make a ‘perfect world?’ The doctor that oversaw your momma squeezing you out didn’t hand you a warranty guaranteeing you a rose garden. It’s time to wake up and grow up and get over it because nobody’s gonna get beamed up.

FK – Do you think George Washington had god’s army? Really? There’s never been any such thing and never will be outside of stories in ancient tribal propaganda.

I agree that the initial action was foolish, misguided, maybe intentionally by instigators or idiots or both take your pick. But this event has put this issue all over the world. It’s up to us now to make sure the sheeple understand that we are in the right in a war against this beast system that started it.

Even if the first real firefight, that was really in Texas 20 years ago, that they started, if totally their fault, as it was, they, our domestic blood enemies, our greatest enemies that have white skin and wear expensive suits and aren’t hiding in a cave on the other side of the world, will call us every name in the book and eventually use all the military’s might against us if they have a president in the now red house that is, as always, one of their tools along with a congress of fools, cowards and whores.

In short, it won’t be an easy or short fight. For a time it may or probably will look as if the evil ones are winning. If we seek to fight them in the open on a large scale they probably will win. If we focus on eroding their foundations, another outcome may be possible. But make no mistake, it will be forced upon us, and even if it’s not we are fools for not expecting it to be and for making every possible preparation.

But then we don’t have a nation of men anymore, but a nation of cowardly whores and even the so-called pre-eminent ‘pro-gun’ group can’t find the backbone to publicly state what will be required.

I was involved in the patriot movement in the 90s when the OK City bombing went down. I saw the patriot/militia movement deflate because of that. That’s because this is a nation of cowards. But even after that we still had a militia movement of sorts but it’s never been what it should be and making it what it should be is what we need to focus on. To do that we have to get over our fear of the ‘m’ word that’s actually in the Second Amendment.

When the metal meets the meat it’ll be about who has the courage to at least show up or act on their own in whatever way they can not about who’s ‘official.’ Most of the ‘officials’ are whores.

It’s not about what we want. It’s about what will be required.

The patriot movement won’t grow up until it learns to do three things:

Stop worrying about what our domestic blood enemies, our greatest enemies that have white skin and aren’t hiding in a cave on the other side of the world, including the mainstream newswhores, say about us. The last one of them to stretch a rope after the war crimes trials will still be lying as its last filthy breath spews out of its upper sewer.

During last night’s CNN “townhall” on “Guns in America,” President Obama ruefully noted that “I’ve been very good for gun manufacturers,” because fear of new firearm restrictions under his administration has repeatedly driven up sales. Yet he expressed dismay at Second Amendment supporters who do not trust him on this issue, who buy into the “imaginary fiction in which Obama’s trying to take away your guns.” At the same time, he demonstrated, both in his comments during the CNN special and in a New York Times op-ed piece published the same day, why he is not trustworthy. Here are six reasons:

FK – I take issue with the headline out of the gate. That’s like saying the fox and the hawk are untrustworthy on chickens or that pimps are untrustworthy on chastity. It’s an absurd time-wasting argument. The crime issue is a red herring, always was, always will be.

Even if ‘gun control’ could be proven to lower common crime it would still be evil.

All ‘gun control’ is propaganda designed to condition the sheeple to more ‘control’ until full civilian disarmament is achieved. Thus all gun control is an act of war. All who forward it should be arrested, tried for treason against Human Liberty and executed.

The Marxist mutt like all who forward ‘gun control’ are waging war on the Bill of Rights, human Liberty and those who truly value those principles. Every time the evil creatures and their ignorant dupes vote they vote to kill us.

What will we do when when a commie SCOTUS rules it’s OK for the “Liberal”(commie) trash, our real enemies, to demand we ‘turn them in?’ How many cowards will comply? Those are the questions that matter.

They’re not ‘leftists,’ ‘liberal’ or ‘progressive.’ They’re communists/globalists. They want us disarmed so we can’t kill them when enough finally wake up to the necessity of doing so.

They would on occasion raid a home as the IRS does to keep the fear up and pry guns from cold dead hands because we’re still too cowardly and pathetic to have a militia in every county to deal with such evil. In 2-4 generations most of the weapons in civilian hands would be turned in by ignorant cowardly descendants of real patriots who instead of understanding and acting on what will be required said “Molon Labe, come and take them,” with no plan, no organization, no understanding of the necessity of going and killing our domestic blood enemies in their own lairs.

Today, the President picked up his “phone and his pen” and continued his assault on the Second Amendment.

On the presidential website, the President declared war on senior citizens, and on private individuals who, in some cases, sell as few as one firearm.

Those are just the highlights.  There is much more, and you can read additional analysis of the President’s imperial diktat here.

But bottom line:  Having failed to get gun control legislation passed in Congress, Obama is doing what he always does when he can’t get what he wants.

He’s circumventing Congress and enacting “legislation” by executive fiat.

You can be sure that Gun Owners of America will be doing everything in its power to fight these edicts tooth-n-nail.  More on this below.

Open Season on Seniors and Other Law-Abiding Gun Owners

Gun Owners of America alerted you back in July of last year that Obama wanted to ban Social Security beneficiaries from owning guns, if they are deemed as being unable to manage their financial affairs.

With this new executive action, that policy has now been officially announced:

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has indicated that it will begin the rulemaking process to ensure that appropriate information in its records is reported to NICS [and] will cover appropriate records of the approximately 75,000 people each year.

The President also wants to take America back 30 years — prior to the reforms in the Firearms Protection Act of 1986 — and unleash a horde of additional ATF agents to entrap law-abiding Americans who are supposedly “engaged in the business” of selling firearms.

What constitutes being “engaged in the business” — selling 50 guns … 25 guns … 15 guns … or 5 guns?  While the President’s lawless decree doesn’t say, it does suggest the number could be as low as “one or two transactions.”

FK – Are we ever surprised? This arrogance and hubris won’t end until we conduct an extensive and thorough “Liberal”(commie) trash season.

GOA Files Brief Challenging Federal Restrictions on Machine Guns

“GOA is correct.  There is nothing in the Second Amendment that excludes ownership of any weapon — machine gun or otherwise —  from within its protection. In fact, the text of the Second Amendment is very clear regarding the government’s ability to qualify this most basic liberty: ‘the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.’” — The New American, December 27, 2015

A case currently pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit could push back against President Obama’s promise to make America safer by disarming civilians. Gun Owners of America (GOA) has filed an amicus brief in this case, U.S. v. Watson.

On its website, GOA provides the following short summary of the relevant issues in Watson:

At issue is the constitutionality of a part of the 1986 McClure-Volkmer legislation, which prohibits the manufacture and possession of machine guns by Americans unless they were registered prior to the date of the Act.

The case in Watson (submitted on December 9, 2015) involves a family trust that had applied to manufacture an M16 and challenged ATF’s eventual denial of that application.Specifically, the brief filed by the GOA challenges the ruling by the district court that held that regulations on the manufacture of machine guns were deemed constitutional in a prior Third Circuit Court opinion, the opinion in U.S. v. Marzzarella.

Dicta in the Marzzarella decision claimed that the U.S. Supreme Court had likewise held in favor of the constitutionality of prohibitions on machine guns.

The Supreme Court has never issued such a ruling. In fact, the decision in the case of District of Columbia v. Heller (2008) clearly states that “all instruments that constitute bearable arms” are protected from prohibition by the Second Amendment, unless challengers could prove otherwise. As GOA explains in its summary, “Heller noted that the definition of what is and what is not a protected arm does not turn on whether a weapon has a military or nonmilitary use.”

Gun-Free Zones Abolished at Ohio National Guard Facilities

As of December 18, Ohio’s National Guard facilities are no longer gun-free.

The change is the result of a “security review and update,” which Governor John Kasich (R) ordered following the July terror attack on unarmed Marines and Sailors in Chattanooga.

According to The Columbus Dispatch, “72 Guard facilities” now allow the carrying of arms for self-defense, and recruitment offices in Columbus, Dayton, Findlay, and Painesville reopened “after having been moved to nearby armories.”

Ohio National Guard members had been unarmed until now due to “concerns about negligent discharges of firearms.” But the Dispatch reports that the combination of the Chattanooga attack, the 2013 assault on military personnel at the DC Navy Yard, and the heinous November 2009 attack on soldiers at Fort Hood changed everything.

FK – Where’s Kentucky’s new guv on this? Anyone know? Is he proving to be as ‘libertarian’ as many hoped? When you sign that line you become Uncle Sugar’s property. Simple fact. The ‘National’ guard is not the militia, no way no how, no matter how much they lie.
