In what is nearly a replay of the Climategate e-mail scandal of the University of East Anglia, independent climate blogger Brandon Shollenberger has been threatened with a lawsuit and arrest if he releases data that climate alarmists left online unencrypted showing their claim that 97.1 percent of climate scientists “endorsed the consensus position that humans are causing global warming” is false — and a huge fabrication. The lawsuit threat is the latest development in a drama that began a little over a year ago, when Shollenberger scooped the global establishment media and the world scientific community to expose one of the biggest science frauds of all time.

We’ve all seen and heard reports and statements, too numerous to be counted, that “more than 97 percent” of scientists endorse the proposition that humans are causing catastrophic climate change. Al Gore, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jerry Brown, et al — have repeated (again and again and again) this climate “consensus” claim. And the New York Times, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, PBS, et al, parrot these parrotings over and over and over, never bothering to check, let alone challenge, the absolute ludicrousness of the hyperbolic assertion.

FK – In a free country there’s no such thing as a group whose motives cannot be questioned. If you have that you have a severe problem and a good indication of who wants to rule/enslave you. But then who in their right mind wants to be ruled by 3000-year-old tribal propaganda?

With 20 minutes left on the last day of the state’s annual legislative session, two Democratic state senators effectively “filibustered” a bill passed just half an hour earlier by the state House that would have repaired constitutional barriers around the right to keep and bear arms.

FK – That’s hilarious. I’ve known people who can stay high and function. It just made me want to go sit in a corner and watch the world go by. But that’s all I wanna do a lotta’ days anyway. Echoing the recent findings of another Harvard study suggesting that fluoride is associated with drastic reductions in the IQ of children, The Lancet journal report classified the chemical as a harmful neurotoxin. That puts it right alongside lead, mercury, arsenic, and other dangerous substances, the authors said, warning of the potentially far-reaching consequences.

“A meta-analysis of 27 cross-sectional studies of children exposed to fluoride in drinking water, mainly from China, suggests an average IQ decrement of about seven points in children exposed to raised fluoride concentrations,” noted the authors, Dr. Philippe Grandjean of the Harvard School of Public Health and Dr. Philip Landrigan of New York’s Icahn School of Medicine.

The level of fluoride analyzed in most of the studies was less than four milligrams per liter, according to media reports. Under U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rules surrounding water fluoridation, municipal governments are allowed to use more than the concentrations cited in the study, meaning American kids could be suffering even more serious neurological complications from exposure to the chemical.

Judicial Watch filed a complaint in 2010 along with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to obtain records regarding possible violations of The Hatch Act — a federal law passed in 1939 that prohibits federal employees working in the Executive Branch from engaging in partisan political activity. Government employees who work in the Executive Branch are not allowed to work for and promote the reelection of the president under whom they serve, nor any challenger to that sitting president.

The Act further prohibits these employees from working for political campaigns. But in 2009 Rahm Emanuel allegedly used his position as White House Chief of Staff to attempt to persuade Pennsylvania Congressman Joe Sestak to drop his plans to challenge Arlen Specter for the U.S. Senate. The White House believed that since Specter had turned Democrat, a primary fight would great weaken the candidate who won. In order to avoid such a scenario Sestak was offered various positions in the Executive Branch. Rahm even went as far as to enlist the help of former President Bill Clinton to attempt to persuade Sestak to take one of the government positions. It turned out that Sestak rebuffed these offers. He later defeated Specter in the Democratic primary.

FK – Another one for the “Let’s take back our country and governments and hold the treason trials so we can figure out who to hang” file. Most of these criminals will never be brought to justice without such.
