Federal judge upholds Maryland’s strict gun control laws, calls AR-15 ‘dangerous and unusual’

In upholding Maryland’s strict new gun control laws, a federal judge on Tuesday ruled that AR-15 style rifles and others “fall outside Second Amendment protection as dangerous and unusual arms.”

The ruling, in the case of Kolbe et al v. O’Malley et al, pitted a number of plaintiffs including both local and national gun rights groups against Maryland in a challenge to the state’s 2013 assault rifle ban. Filed last September, the case was heard in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland who denied the plaintiffs’ request and found for the state.

FK – The “Liberal”(commie) trash view our weapons as a danger to them and their evil, especially once enough awake to the dire necessity for an extensive and thorough “Liberal”(commie) trash season whereby enough of the trash is eradicated or ran from the continent to restore Liberty here. Black-robed shysters will not be immune from this necessity as their ‘precedents’ are often dangerous to Human Liberty and constitute clear warfare against the Bill of Rights.

How Jews Justify Gaza Genocide

FK – In a supposed free country there’s no such thing as a group whose motives can’t be questioned, right? If we have that we have a severe problem.

Israel has broken my heart: I’m a rabbi in mourning for a Judaism being murdered by Israel

And this is precisely where the American Jewish community and Jews around the world have taken a turn that is disastrous, by turning the Israeli nation state into “the Jewish state” and making Israel into an idol to be worshiped rather than a political entity like any other political entity, with strengths and deep flaws. Despairing of spiritual salvation after God failed to show up and save us from the Holocaust, increasing numbers of Jews have abandoned the religion of compassion and identification with the most oppressed that was championed by our biblical prophets, and instead come to worship power and to rejoice in Israel’s ability to become the most militarily powerful state in the Middle East. If a Jew today goes into any synagogue in the U.S. or around the world and says, “I don’t believe in God or Torah and I don’t follow the commandments,” most will still welcome you in and urge you to become involved. But say, “I don’t support the State of Israel,” and you are likely to be labeled a “self-hating Jew” or anti-Semite, scorned and dismissed. As Aaron said of the Golden Calf in the Desert, “These are your Gods, O Israel.”

The worship of the state makes it necessary for Jews to turn Judaism into an auxiliary of ultra-nationalist blindness. Every act of the State of Israel against the Palestinian people is seen as sanctioned by God. Each Sabbath Jews in synagogues around the world are offered prayers for the well-being of the State of Israel but not for our Arab cousins.  The very suggestion that we should be praying for the Palestinian people’s welfare is seen as heresy and proof of being “self-hating Jews.”

FK – The ultimate excuse for apathy: Whatever happens, good or evil, is ‘god’s will.’

Millions of so-called self-proclaimed ‘christians’ could learn something from this even if it is posted on a commie site.

FK – And one would think the commies would learn from this:

The Jews are not unique in this. The basic reality is that most of humanity has always heard a voice inside themselves telling them that the best path to security and safety is to love others and show generosity, and a counter voice that tells us that the only path to security is domination and control over others. This struggle between the voice of fear and the voice of love, the voice of domination/power-over and the voice of compassion, empathy and generosity, have played out throughout history and shape contemporary political debates around the world

FK – But it’s not in their nature, as it was written by one. It’s not hypocrisy. It’s blatant malevolent deception.

Congressional ‘progressives’ only anti-gun when it comes to citizens

A bill introduced in the House aims to “stems the trend of federal regulatory agencies developing SWAT-like teams,” the office of Rep. Chris Stewart of Utah announced in a press release issued on June 23 but just recently starting to gain notice in the gun rights advocacy community.

“In recent years, numerous federal regulatory agencies – including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Food and Drug Agency and the Department of Education – have created their own special law enforcement teams to conduct their own arrests and raids. This is in part a product of the 2002 Homeland Security Act, which gave most Offices of Inspector General arrest and firearm authority,” the press release explained.

FK – Why isn’t the NRA at the forefront of legislation like this?

Congress working on bill to de-militarize federal regulatory agencies

FK – Has your elected public servant signed onto this yet? The press release for the bill:

Rep. Stewart Introduces Bill to De-Militarize Federal Regulatory Agencies

Missouri amends its guarantee of the right to arms

Yesterday it passed by a popular vote of 61%-39%. Pretty extensive changes. The right as guaranteed extends to ammunition and accessories (no magazine bans). Any restrictions are reviewed under strict scrutiny. The State must defend these rights and may not decline to do so (which will put the Attorney General in an interesting position if any future legislature enacts a gun restriction.

Language that said the guarantee will not affect the ability of the legislature to restrict the carrying of concealed arms is replaced by language saying it will not restrict the ability of the legislature to restrict convicted felons or those found mentally infirm by a court.

FK – Read the comments. I haven’t read the law so can’t say how ‘great’ this is…

Philadelphia Mother Headed to Jury Trial for Carrying a Gun in N.J.

By declining a plea bargain offered by Atlantic County, New Jersey, prosecutor Jim McClain to spend the next 3 ½ years in jail, Shaneen Allen assured herself the best chance to vindicate herself in a case that has drawn national attention: a jury trial. She is hoping that common sense will prevail — something that has not been evident in the proceedings until now.

Early in the morning of October 1, 2013, Allen was driving from Philadelphia to Atlantic City when she was pulled over by police for making an “unsafe lane change.” She gave the officer her license, registration, and proof of insurance. And then she went a step further: She gave him her license to carry concealed in the state of Pennsylvania, and told him she was carrying a firearm.

She was immediately arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon under New Jersey laws, which don’t reciprocate with Pennsylvania’s concealed carry law. If convicted, Allen will spend at least the next 3½ years in jail, and possibly more.

FK – The trash that wrote this law and any who contribute to enforcing it should be arrested, given a speedy treason trial of about two minutes and executed. If the ‘No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group was doing its job we’d already have a militia force in place to make sure this happens.

Do you have “Liberal”(commie) trash ‘friends’ who probably think this woman is getting what she deserves? They voted to kill you if you believe in Human Liberty and our most basic right, the right to fight back against authoritarians of any stripe who work to enslave us further or prevent us from re-establishing our lost Liberty here. They are not your ‘friends’ but your blood domestic enemies and the blood domestic enemies of the Bill of rights and this country and should be treated accordingly.

FK – Another account:

Can a Gun Owner Get Justice in New Jersey?

New Jersey not only does not recognize other states’ carry permits; it is stingy with its own. They are reserved for people who can demonstrate what police officials consider a “justifiable need.” Under a policy that has been upheld by state courts, that means “persons specifically employed in security work” or “others who can establish an urgent necessity.”

snip

What about justice? If convicted Allen faces a mandatory minimum sentence of three and a half years. The maximum, taking into account an additional charge for possessing hollow-point ammunition, is more than 11 years.

FK – Only sub-human trash writes or enforces ‘law’ like this much less tries to destroy a human life simply because they choose to be able to defend themselves from said sub-human trash, which is what the Second Amendment is about. Those who ‘disagree’ don’t belong here and should be kicked out of the country.
