The First Male Has Been Arrested For “Manspreading” In NYC

The MTA has been asking men to keep their legs closed, without any sense of irony. And now, someone has been arrested for it.

The government of New York spent on an ad campaign telling men to stop sitting with their legs spread. On May 22nd, police arrested two Latino men on the charge of ‘man spreading.’

Some people are arguing that this is an excuse by police to increase their arrest quotas, and to crack down on undesirable ethnic minority males. Russia Today reported that the NYPD issued approximately 1,400 summonses for manspreading in 2015.

Robert Gangi, Director of Police Reform Organizing Project (PROP), said to Russia Today “We think it’s driven by a quota system. There is almost no other rational explanation for why the cops would conduct this kind of arrest unless they are under pressure to meet certain numbers, to meet with their productivity goals. It’s a classic pattern. Somebody gets a summons for a low-level thing, they don’t show up in court, the warrant is out… A cop stops you a second time, even if for another low-level thing, and it’s the policy of the department to arrest you.”

The first man arrested had his charges dismissed, due to the fact that he was arrested at 12:11 a.m. and the judge believes that no one was likely to be inconvenienced at such an early hour.

FK – Now we know why new yawkers aren’t allowed to carry guns. Any cop participating in such fully deserves whatever is done in response. How much longer?????

Police officers handed out more than 6,000 tickets for these violations in 2011. But a $50 ticket would have been welcome compared with the trouble many passengers found themselves in; roughly 1,600 people like Mr. Peppers were arrested, sometimes waiting more than a day to be brought before a judge and released, according to statistics from district attorneys’ offices.

In some instances, passengers were arrested because they had outstanding warrants, or did not have photo identification. Some arrests were harder to explain, with no apparent cause other than the seat violation. In at least one case, the arrest led to deportation.

Gun Owners Betrayed: Congress Needs a Wake-up Call Right Now   

Not too long ago, the Pew Research Center released a major study showing how Americans feel about gun rights vs gun control. And the results are sending shockwaves through the liberal media:

* FIFTY-TWO percent of respondents see gun rights as more important than gun control, up from 45 percent!

* FIFTY-SEVEN percent of respondents said guns help prevent becoming a victim of crime, up from 48 percent!

Andrew Kohut, founding director of Pew Research Center, says that: “We are at a moment when most Americans believe crime rates are rising and when most believe gun ownership — not gun control — makes people safer.”

Of course, crime rates are not rising, but that belief, says Kohut, has pushed people toward the pro-gun position. Kohut notes that, “Republicans have become far more supportive of gun rights during the Obama years.”

It would be great to be a fly on the wall in the boardrooms of the anti-gun lobbies today … especially when it was reported that these gun control organizations “outspent groups like the National Rifle Association (NRA) and Gun Owners of America (GOA) at a rate of 7 to 1” (courtesy Breitbart).

FK – It’s so sad that the general population is so stupid that most of them are incapable of understanding the real reason for the Second Amendment is not common ‘crime’ nor ‘sport,’ unless the “Liberal”(commie) trash is running or shooting back.

FK – Rome lost it’s republic after 80 years, like us. It existed for hundreds of years as a dictatorial empire. Our modern masters have simply re-worked the paradigm, democracy as it’s called, to deceive the average dumbass into thinking he’s free.

We will not get back to the Bill of Rights, and the form of government we’re supposed to have, until enough who claim to love Liberty develop the backbone to do what will be required. Eventually it will be forced on them, but by then it may be too late.

FK – It’s been my experience that most who don’t read books have little interest in conversing with those who do about anything that actually matters.

The average dumbass will never read Rand, Rothbard, Mises, Rockwell, etc. They will continue to vote according to their stomachs and their glands for a long time to come.

We may win a few political battles, as we’re doing with the war on the Second Amendment, but that doesn’t mean we’ll win the big war. The now red house is controlled by the elites and recent actions or in-action by the republicrat congressional leadership shows we will have to do what will required.

As worry begins to mount over President Barack Obama’s Jade Helm 15 exercises, Congress is beginning to take action on the controversial operation that many believe is a precursor to martial law.

“Rep. Gohmert: Kick Out Dems Who Stopped Bill to Help Veterans” href=”http://conservativetribune.com/gohmert-fire-dems-stopped-bill/” target=”_blank”>Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-Texas, recently became the latest lawmaker to express grave doubt about the exercises, and he pointed out something much of the media hasn’t reported — namely, which states are supposed to be “hostile” territory during the exercise.

Gohmert said in a letter to his constituents that he was deeply troubled by the fact that the territory deemed “hostile” is all in Republican-leaning states.

“Over the past few weeks, my office has been inundated with calls referring to the Jade Helm 15 military exercise scheduled to take place between July 15 and September 15, 2015. This military practice has some concerned that the U.S. Army is preparing for modern-day martial law,” Gohmert said in the letter.

“Certainly, I can understand these concerns. When leaders within the current administration believe that major threats to the country include those who support the Constitution, are military veterans, or even ‘cling to guns or religion,’ patriotic Americans have reason to be concerned,” he explained.

Rep. Gohmert, a veteran of the armed forces, then laid out why Jade Helm 15 worries him.

In the interest of full disclosure, I am an un-indicted criminal. For the past two years, my friends and I have been breaking the state firearm laws of Colorado, Connecticut, New York, Maryland and, most recently, the state of Washington, that were passed in the wake of Sandy Hook. In those states where standard capacity magazines were banned, we have smuggled in such forbidden items in defiance of those laws. We have hardly made a secret of it. We want the authorities to arrest us. To date, they have not dared. In Connecticut and New York, the non-compliance rates on the registration of firearms and magazines are estimated to be as much as 85% to 90%. In New York, county sheriffs have put the state police on notice that if they try to enforce the SAFE Act in their jurisdictions that THEY will be arrested, not their intended victims. The authorities of those states have made noises that they will enforce these unconstitutional laws. But again, to date THEY HAVE NOT DARED.

FK – A ‘dangerous criminal’ is presumably but not always someone who has been convicted of a violent crime and is in prison. If we have a ‘dangerous criminal’ in prison that cannot be trusted with weapons why are we letting him out? Why has the ‘pro gun’ community ignored this obvious question for so long?

We need to end the ‘drug war’ and free the prisons up for those who actually belong there. When felons are ‘trusted’ to return to society they need to get all their rights back. No person should be deprived of their right to self defense. If they’ve ‘paid their debt to society’ society has no business treating them like second class citizens.

But then we need to repeal GCA ’68 and the NFA and all the other evil ‘gun laws’ anyway don’t we?

The ‘crime’ issue is a red herring. Even if ‘gun control’ could be proven to lower crime it would still be evil.

All ‘gun control’ is propaganda designed to condition the sheeple to more ‘control’ until full civilian disarmament is achieved. Thus all gun control is an act of war. All who forward it should be arrested, tried for treason against Human Liberty and executed.
