GOA: Obama Plan to Restrict Firearms by Executive Action

FK – America is the ‘advanced’ country because we recognize our right to fight back against and kill if necessary those who would enslave us, or in our case, enslave us further. The Bill of Rights is what makes us exceptional.

Free Kentucky Column: What must be done A manifesto of the ‘isms

Don’t understand my bad attitude? Start here.

What Annoys Me About Libertarians

FK – Some version of ‘libertarianism’ may be ‘the future.’ We can only hope. But those who vote that way will do so with no real understanding of it, like most churchgoers who are vaguely ignorant of their own religion.

If it ever becomes ‘cool’ like tattoos, it will be infiltrated and ruined like everything else in history, and will exist for centuries in some sort of limbo until ‘real whatevers’ get loud and proud and angry and dedicated enough to run that horse out of the shed and install a new one… and the process will start over. That’s just how it works.

Women Should Keep Reading the Comments

Never read the comments. It’s the resounding motto of the internet, for good reason. The truism knows no shame or bounds: it applies to Facebook posts, YouTube videos, parenting blogs, tweets, even pictures of your family, because that is all fair game for some of the most disturbing, disgusting, vile people write on the internet.

Unfortunately, you can’t always “never read the comments.” Some of us were lucky enough to be in the actual audience yesterday at Google I/O. But the rest of us were left watching livestreams of what looked like a fantastical, future-filled two hours of magic wherein everyone was pleasant and professional and respectful. If, like me, you were watching the show YouTube were subjected to passively noticing an unending stream of comments ticking up the right side of the screen.

It’s strange to be watching some of the most groundbreaking, innovative technology in the world, while your peripheral vision is populated by racist, misogynist garbage-speak.

FK – This is probably a created ‘problem’ in need of a ‘solution,’ i.e. kill off all comments so that only the ‘official’ version(lies) gets out to the common sheeple. Google is working to mainstream the net and kill free speech and human Liberty. Simple fact.

Barry Bright: What must be done – A manifesto of the ‘isms.’

What must be done – A manifesto of the ‘isms.’
Barry Bright May 12, 2015

This is in response to a group I joined on Fakebook and their ‘manifesto‘ of sorts. I’ve seen many ‘manifestos’ over the years. Most are usually interesting, and strike at the heart of one ‘ism’ or another.

As I’ve noted in the past all the ‘isms’ ignore those aspects of human nature/behavior/history they find inconvenient. I’m far from being an expert on every issue I’ve endeavored to understand in 20 years of being a patriot activist and I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do know a few things.

I wouldn’t want to be called an expert anyway, or even a ‘constitutional scholar’ as someone once referred to me, as most experts I’ve seen on the weaponvision over the years were simply someone’s whore and most scholars are still beholden to one political ideology or another.

If I have to label myself I say I’m a pragmatic libertarian paleo-conservative populist. In other words I know what it’s like to yearn for the Liberty that was stolen from us before we were born and to be treated like a jackass while simply trying to ‘make a living'(loosely defined).

So here we go, from 30 years of attempting to pay attention and 20 years of waking up…

Eliminate the Federal Reserve system and all forms of income tax on every level. The income tax is the second plank of The Communist Manifesto. If they are stealing their money out of your paycheck before it even reaches your hands, you’re a slave.

Look at Wall Street and the inordinate/undeserved power it has gained over our legislative process and our economy. Find ways to limit such without destroying individual Liberty.

Cease wars for profit. Bring our troops home and let them hunt our real enemies, who have always been among us.

Repeal all gun laws on every level, federal, state and local. Prosecute for treason those who have passed them, attempted to create them or enforced them.

Set a definite deadline, within 10 years, of the end of all forms of socialism, including corporate socialism/welfare, within our governments. As the old saying goes, “If we can put a man on the moon…” then surely we can come up with a way to help those who truly need help without creating inter-generational parasites who are simply dependable constituents for those who constantly seek to destroy the Bill of Rights and control every aspect of our lives.

Establish basic rules for voting: All voters must prove citizenship via a ‘birth certificate’ or ‘certificate of live birth’ or proper immigration papers; prove literacy in English; pass a test that shows they have a basic understanding of the type of government we are supposed to have here: small and limited, with a focus on the Bill of Rights.

To further protect our ‘franchise’ and to prevent vote fraud all voters will receive a receipt with a number, or their voter number, upon voting that they can use to check their vote against a tally on the internet the next day. Election officials will publish election results at 6 am the next day but not before so all interested parties have an opportunity to check results online. This must be done to prevent the evil mainstream news media from ‘calling’ elections before the polls even close and thus affecting the outcomes.

Educate all law enforcement and military and elected, hired and appointed public servants that their first priority is the protection of the Bill of Rights and the expansion of Human Liberty. Hold them to their oaths at the cost of their very lives.

Since the First Amendment reads thusly, in part: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” No religious law will ever hold sway over the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights or over those who want freedom from any religion.

Since the internet is the single most important Liberty expanding technology after the printing press, as it allows anyone who can afford a computer, a smart phone or access to any such device to posses and use their own press as they see fit, all efforts to ‘mainstream’ the internet, whether by corporate or government entities, will end. This means neither Google nor any other internet search service shall use means to channel search results away from certain topics or information, real or imagined, factual or fictional.

End the ‘drug war’ and the ‘war on terror’ since neither would exist anyway if the ‘right’ people on all sides weren’t profiting from them. Let the governments pursue only real criminals who have actually harmed a person or their property.

Release no violent prisoners who cannot be trusted with weapons, as easy as weapons of whatever kind are to acquire in a free society. When felons are released from prison they get all their rights back since they have ‘paid their debt to society’ and thus deserve even their most basic right, that of self defense, whether from criminals in government or common criminals.

We must have basic, enforceable and enforced labor laws for the simple fact that many cannot or will not stand up for themselves against oppressive, abusive employers and will literally do or say anything to get or keep a job including degrading their health from lack of exercise, over work, repetitive injuries and on and on. The elites who run the corporations, from whatever country, have proven time and again they prefer desperate workers who will show up on time, do what they’re told and never ask inappropriate questions.

We must establish a basic easy to understand tariff system that will discourage American corporations from taking advantage of either foreign or domestic workers.

Since in reality there is no such thing as a ‘right’ to work to enslave others or restrict their liberties, deportation for communists(by whatever cute name they call themselves), fundamentalist religious extremists, statists and authoritarians of various stripes, corporate workaholic jerks…. shall be considered.

A recognition that corporations are not human beings and thus cannot enjoy the same rights as a human being. They may have certain rights as in speech, property, copyright etc. but they cannot put their rights or their desire for profit over the rights or well-being of human beings.

Establish real environmental laws that hold corporate executives and their workers personally responsible for the damage they do to our environment.

We must create a civilian militia force outside government intervention with the primary purpose of protecting the Bill of Rights from all government and corporate and/or other entities at all levels within our society.

Since so many in our society are mentally so far removed from reality and so physically unfit as to be useless in a national emergency, such as would be needed to counter domestic insurgency or foreign invasion by statist/authoritarian entities we need some kind of basic conscription and military training for all youth. In short, there are many millions who could use a drill instructor yelling in their face for a while and others who desperately need to be trained away from their mindless pacifism.

Reveal everything the governments know about the alien/inter-dimensional presence on our planet, in our skies, where ever they may be or not be. The yet simple-minded will scoff at this, but it could actually be the most important item on this list, especially if as some claim, our governments and corporations are privy to information and or technology that would change how we all live within and see the reality we exist in.

I’ll throw this last one in for fun, even though it’s not likely to happen, it’s nice to think about:
We should shut the district of commie criminals down and turn it into a museum of tyranny. Move the capitol to the middle of Kansas. Allow them to meet only two weeks of the year – Jan. 1-15, during which time they must sleep in tents heated by cow dung. No hotels, airports, bars, NGOs, lobbyists, or any other assorted distractions allowed within 500 miles.

I don’t pretend the above is perfect or complete, not by any means. But it’s a fun start. The sad fact is that achieving such in any near future will most likely involve doing what will be required, as much as so many are loathe to even admit to themselves much less publicly.

Walter E Williams – Is America Any Different Than Rome?

FK – Rome lost it’s republic after 80 years, like us. It existed for hundreds of years as a dictatorial empire. Our modern masters have simply re-worked the paradigm, democracy as it’s called, to deceive the average dumbass into thinking he’s free.

We will not get back to the Bill of Rights, and the form of government we’re supposed to have, until enough who claim to love Liberty develop the backbone to do what will be required. Eventually it will be forced on them, but by then it may be too late.

FK – It’s been my experience that most who don’t read books have little interest in conversing with those who do about anything that actually matters.

The average dumbass will never read Rand, Rothbard, Mises, Rockwell, etc. They will continue to vote according to their stomachs and their glands for a long time to come.

We may win a few political battles, as we’re doing with the war on the Second Amendment, but that doesn’t mean we’ll win the big war. The now red house is controlled by the elites and recent actions or in-action by the republicrat congressional leadership shows we will have to do what will required.

Extreme Huntress with a Message

Charisa Argys wants to be a role model for hunters. Her goal? Spread the message that more women and youth can participate in hunting, and lobby for laws in states so that they are protected after the hunt. She is hoping to become the 2016 winner of the Extreme Huntress competition in order to help her goals become reality.

In 2014, Charisa became the focus of animal rights activists after she posted a photo of a mountain lion she killed in Colorado (2013). She writes:

In 2014 the picture of my mountain lion hunt was placed on an anti hunting Facebook page where extremist groups used it to attack me personally and hunting. I was attacked by people from all over the world, some even threatening to kill me and my children. I chose to stand up and speak out about those threats and work towards tougher laws to protect hunters from harassment in the field and after the hunt.

From her website:

I am a wife, mother, daughter and avid outdoors woman. I started my hunting adventures atop my father’s shoulders at the age of three, and have been hunting since that day. I believe in living with integrity, honor, morals and honesty; a person is only as good as their word. I feel those attributes are important to have as a positive professional role model.

As a mother of two small children, I take them with me so that I have the opportunity to hunt and they are a part of the experience. The first time I took them hunting alone they were 9 months and 2. Hunting in the Colorado back country with two little ones proved quite the challenge. One of my fondest memories was a pronghorn hunt with my daughter who was two. She was as excited as I was when I harvested a buck. I love that she is following in my footsteps.

Meet the 2016 Extreme Huntress™ Semi-Finalists

Our panel of judges have carefully read each of the entry essays submitted from all over the world. As usual, it was an impressive pool of applicants! It wasn’t easy, but they have narrowed the pool of entrants down to twenty  contestants who they feel are the candidates for the competition.

Voting will begin on May 1, 2015

Now it’s your turn to choose. We encourage you to read all of the essays and then vote for the one women who you feel should move on to the finals at the 777 Ranch in Hondo, Texas.

Another Gatewood Galbraith files to run for governor of Kentucky

If the Kentucky legislature and governor ever legalize marijuana, Galbraith (Newman) said, the law should be named after Gatewood Galbraith.

None of Gatewood Galbraith’s three daughters could be reached Wednesday for comment.

Dea Riley, a Frankfort marketing professional who was Gatewood Galbraith’s running mate in their independent campaign for governor and lieutenant governor in 2011, said via email that “there will only ever be one Gatewood Galbraith.”

“To have Gatewood’s name and message prostituted, for the sake to garner political office, is a personal affront to me in that I was not only his running mate but equally his friend and confidant,” Riley said.

She said she hopes that “Mr. Newman understands he has very big shoes to fill in taking on the name of Gatewood Galbraith. I hope he will honor Gatewood accordingly.”

Riley said she thinks Galbraith would be amused. “I can hear him now: ‘I’ll tell the IRS to send him the tax bill,'” Riley said.

FK – That’s just plain weird. Gatewood usually remembered peoples’ names anyway if memory serves. He would’ve made a better governor than the last several we’ve had, maybe all of them.

Barry Bright: Questions for your candidate

Questions for your candidate
Barry Bright March 22, 2015

It’s that time again. Not only are we beginning to hear the same old lies in the 4-year-cycle of the misled mal-educated sheeples’ attempt to elect a king to magically solve all their problems for them but this spring’s primary season is popping its collectivist heads out of the still muddy half-frozen earth.

So in that spirit I dreamed up some questions and answers that should be demanded of all whom seek to rule over us:

What’s the primary purpose of any elected, hired or appointed public servant?
Answer: To uphold their Oath to protect the Bill of Rights and the constitution of their state and the constitution of the United States. Everything, that’s the ‘everything’ that’s in the dictionary, comes second. Can’t live with that? Stay out of OUR government.

What’s a conservative?
Answer: Read the U.S. Constitution and the constitution of the state you’re campaigning in and stay within those boundaries without making up a bunch of horse manure about a ‘living breathing document.’

Who will my employers be once I am elected?
Answer: We the People

What rights do ‘We the People’ have concerning the fate of an elected public servant that oversteps his bounds, breaks her oath, lies like a rug, proves as ‘transparent’ as catfish dung on the bottom of the river?
Answer: Whatever they deem necessary, from voting me out, to imprisonment to execution to showing up with the required force of citizens armed in an equal or superior way to the average soldier to drag me down the capital steps, provide a speedy treason trial and turn me into tree food.

Why are you to be called a ‘public servant’ and not an ‘official’ after taking office?
Answer: Because the word ‘official’ causes the simple minded to falsely, foolishly think/believe that somehow the government office holder is ‘over’ them in some capacity or another.

What is ‘law?’
Answer: If ‘We the People’ are really in charge then ‘the law’ is what they ultimately say it is, not a row of black-robed shysters some or most of whom are guaranteed to have an authoritarian bent in one direction or another and will bend ‘the law’ to their evil desires. ‘We the People’ are the final arbiters of their rights, not a row of ‘judges.’ (If the candidate says it’s a book by Frédéric Bastiat then there might be some hope but there are no guarantees.)

What is ‘justice?’
Answer: It’s not ‘just-us.’ Leaving people the hell alone unless they have actually harmed someone or their property. It’s not railroading victims into prison in the name of quotas, profits, political careers, political power or some false morality.

What is ‘democracy?’
Answer: A lie. Another form of manipulation. Two wolves and a sheep voting on lunch. Spreading ‘democracy’ means spreading misery and war and fooling the peasantry into thinking they’re better off when they can elect their masters who are approved by the elites rather than having a Bill of Rights the governments are forced at the point of a gun in the average person’s hands to respect and adhere to.

What is liberty?
Answer: A well armed sheep contesting the vote. The right to fight back and say “No, Hell No! We’re not gonna do it that way anymore!” In other words any person’s Liberty is based on their most basic right, the right to self defense that any creature possesses, whether it be against predators from any government, the street or the darkest forest or the biggest mansion on any hill or any other institution known to so-called civilization.

What is taxation?
Answer: Theft.

What is an income tax?
Answer: Illegal and unconstitutional in any form because it’s the second plank of the Communist Manifesto. When ‘they’ are stealing ‘their’ money out of your paycheck before it even reaches your hands you’re a slave.

What is the ‘drug war’ or the ‘war on terror?’
Answer: Neither would exist if the ‘right’ people on all sides weren’t making money or increasing their power over ‘We the People.’ Thus we need to end them and concentrate on our real enemies, our domestic blood enemies who have been working to destroy our republic from within since its inception.

What is a ‘budget?’
Answer: What do truly responsible parents tell their five-year old when they give him a dollar? Do they say, “Run down the street to the store and buy twenty bucks worth of groceries and tell the clerk you’ll send your kids to pay the rest in 30 years?”

What is ‘foreign policy?’
Answer: A recognition that even though we live in a dangerous world with no ‘safe’ places it’s still not our responsibility to attempt to dictate how everyone else on this planet should live nor is it the government’s responsibility to ensure every or any corporate entity a ‘good business climate’ or profit from war.

What is ‘the golden rule?’
Answer: Not, ‘those with the gold, rule.’ The golden rule is a great thing properly applied. The problem with it is that many don’t mind being enslaved, abused, killed, for one ’cause’ or another thus they have no problem seeing those things done to others. Some evil creatures among us will claim/ask “Can’t we all be reasonable or pass ‘common sense’ laws?” So-called reasonable people often agree to enslave everyone around them and few laws have any purpose other than to increase the power of the state.

When you’re dismounting Air Force One or Helicopter One or whatever they call it do you A: Splash your latte on the Marines in a half-assed salute. B: Do a Somersault down the steps and land on your head and hope it improves your thinking ability. C: Slide down the banister and dive into the presidential limousine before the sniper can get a shot off. D: All the above because you’re the man who told us “Yes we can.”

We all know the answer to that one…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fntreppDsQ8

FK – We need to stop looking for a hero to save us and stop waiting on ‘someone’ else to do what it’s every member’s of a supposed ‘free republic’ right, duty and responsibility to stand up and do.

If the ‘man’ in front of you falls in one of the battles of this war, what do you do then?

FK – Don’t miss my ‘10 Rules for the voting booth‘ and ‘Stages of political awareness

“In order to become the master, the politician poses as the servant.” —Charles de Gaulle

“Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters.” – Daniel Webster

“Anybody that wants the Presidency so much that he’ll spend two years organizing and campaigning for it is not to be trusted with the office.” — David Broder (1929- ) Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, author, television talk show pundit, and university professor

And demand your ‘candidate’ read my quotes page. If they come back to you and keep arguing for the destruction of our rights then you know what will be required.

Gun Rights Haters Try To Learn About Guns

You read the title correctly, Delaware County United for Sensible Gun Policy (Delco United) held their “Firearms 101 Presentation” Monday night (02/02/2015) in Springfield, PA. They figure if they gain a little book knowledge about guns they’ll have more credibility. OK, stop laughing, you have an article to read.

A page from the handout questioning
the nonexistent gun show loophole

As you can see by following the link above, the presenter,
Larry Glick, is well credentialed being a former law enforcement officer and a former National Rifle Association member. Unfortunately, my request to video his presentation was denied. Let me start with one of the most most important things that he said, “there is no gun show loophole”. He went to great lengths to explain that the idea that there are many gun sales going on at gun shows with no background checks performed is false. Glick very directly told the Delco United people not to pursue that angle. Let’s let that sink in for a moment. At a meeting of one of the major gun rights hating groups in the Philadelphia area the speaker debunked one of the biggest lies that gun rights haters put out.

The evening started out interestingly enough. When I first got there Terry Rumsey and Robin Lasersohn, Co-Chairs of Delco United, recognized me as the leader of the Open Carry Counter-Rally For Gun Rights that stole the thunder from their march and rally for universal background checks in Media, PA last June. They took me aside and expressed their concern that I might try to disrupt their meeting. “We don’t want people being afraid of being mocked when they ask questions”, is how I recall Robin Lasersohn putting it. After agreeing to behave, which was my intention all along, I was allowed to stay.

FK – My comments, mostly in response to comments on the column linked above:

The most ‘private property’ anyone possesses is their own body/life/health. No piece of mindless pacified trash has any ‘right’ to tell us we can’t defend ourselves where ever we are.

If the creatures can’t or won’t ‘accept our guns’ they don’t belong here. There’s no such thing as a ‘right’ to destroy our most basic right.

The ‘non-aggression’ principle is pacifist Bravo Sierra. Of course we shouldn’t attack ‘peaceful’ people or always resort to violence first if there is a true viable alternative, but if I learn a group is planning to come attack me I have every right, duty and responsibility to destroy them in place if I’m able.

The Ameri-commies, the “Liberal”(commie) trash, are working openly to destroy this country and rob us of the Bill of Rights, which wasn’t written by Libertarians. They will happily send their black-suited Nazis, soldiers, to kill us for refusing to obey their evil laws despite their false pacifism.

Carry anyway and lie to your domestic blood enemies, because it’s their nature to lie to you.

All warfare is based on deception. – Sun Tzu
