The question now becomes, especially with a seeming total lack of publicity, is ATF attempting an “under the radar” action to impose on the entire country what they previously imposed (over objections that could have been stronger) on southwest gun buyers and sellers?

Perhaps congressional representatives should be contacted and asked what they know about this, if anything, and if the administration bypassing the elected representatives of the people to enact “gun control” via executive diktat is something that sits OK with them. That might be especially relevant in an election year, as the move seemingly allows the president’s party to keep a low profile on guns until after the elections, while he does their lifting for them.

FK – We should be ordering our elected public servants to shut down the BATF Nazi trash and repeal all the ‘laws’ they enforce.

FK – The elites won’t allow their tools to go to prison lest that inspire insurrection among their ranks. None of the trash will be made to face justice until the situation described in the next Bundy post transpires. Are you ready for what will be required?

It didn’t look real; people in the back of pickup trucks with rifles and shotguns. It was hard to grasp that at the beginning,” he said.

FK – Excellent. Now visualize tens of thousands of those pickups on the road to the district of commie criminals with lots of good strong western rope. That’s what we desperately need.

Let’s Stop Giving The FCC Free Rein To Regulate The Internet

The decision—handed down by a DC Federal Appellate Court—was seen as a loss for the FCC and supporters of net neutrality, but in fact, it may have been a huge win. While the court ruled that the FCC had no legal basis to implement the rules as they were written, it provided the agency with a clear roadmap to regulate broadband providers and pricing for all services connected to the internet, as well as broadband providers’ economic relationships with edge providers.

If this sounds like a lot of power, that’s because it is. If the rules are revised and approved by the court (and they are expected to be sometime this spring/summer) the FCC will have substantial regulatory authority over the internet. What’s more is that under these rules, when the FCC wishes to expand upon this authority in the future, they need only to prove that proposed regulations will “encourage the deployment…of advanced telecommunications capability.” A vague and flimsy burden to say the least.

Residents and council members praised militia members gathered there in support of embattled rancher Cliven Bundy, but had nothing but vitriol for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie and the local and national media.

“The day the militia [came] was the day I felt safe again in Nevada,” one meeting attendee said.
