FK – We should shut them down, try them for treason and execute them and distribute their retirement funds among their victims if for no other reason than it would feel so good. But then that will probably require war crimes trials which will require a war. Are we ready for what will be required?
Our domestic blood enemies will NEVER just walk away or throw up their hands and say “Oh sorry we bothered you, we’re going home now to live in peace and Liberty with our neighbors.” Won’t happen. The trash will have to forced off this continent or into the grave. Get ready.

While many people may not see it as such, this congressman’s bold move, if passed, would eliminate most police work.
Since there is no money in solving murders or preventing rapes, police departments in America have focused their duties on traffic citations and the drug war. Both of these venues are highly profitable for departments.
City and state governments have become so addicted to these revenue streams that we are now seeing full-on military raids on people in fruitless attempts to find drugs and money. Along with the drug raids, we are seeing police officers forced to collect a certain amount of revenue through traffic enforcement, or risk losing their jobs.
Cops are actually being disciplined on a large scale as they blow the whistle on their revenue addicted department heads who force them to write tickets or face consequences.

The ‘drug war’ exists because all the ‘right people’ make money from it:

The agency is now crying “uncle,” in the face of thousands upon thousands of negative comments from gun owners all around the country — including more than 200 congressmen.

A “good faith interpretation”? Well, that’s laughable. But realize the agency says the issue deserves “further study.”
So now the question becomes: Is this a genuine retreat, or just a “tactical retreat,” as we saw with Operation Choke Point? In that case, the federal government removed gun dealers from its “risky business list,” but continue to persecute them under that program on a case-by-case basis.
And, finally, what about the ban on Russian-made 7N6 ammo, which is not reversed by ATF’s reversal?
Our answer to both of these questions is that we need to keep up the pressure — and not trust ATF’s purported “change of heart.”

Wilkinson, who received a three-day suspension, and Hansen, who received a one-day suspension, were at the Big Shot Ranch near Grantsville in June when British bikini models posed for photos and were videotaped firing guns for a calendar called ‘Hot Shots.’”
Wilkinson and Hansen each were cited for “bringing discredit” to the force, and because they actually appeared in the related video made by “Hot Shots,” for “wearing their uniform during a promotion for a product.”

FK – I’m thinking I may have posted this a few months back when the story about the guardsmen broke. Oh well, it didn’t hurt me to watch it twice.

Likewise, the Constitution is similarly silent on any branch of government, let alone a federal agency, having legitimate delegated authority to override the clear “shall not be infringed” mandate in the Second Amendment.
As for potential armor-piercing capability, the opinion rendered in the Supreme Court’s 1939 Miller decision provides guidance on founding intent. The court held a weapon falls under Second Amendment protection if it “is any part of the ordinary military equipment, or that its use could contribute to the common defense.”
