Within the past week, Gun Owners of America received an e-mail from a member being treated by the VA (Department of Veterans Affairs).  The member was also receiving Social Security benefits, and Social Security had appointed a guardian to manage his financial affairs.

The member wrote us because the VA, based on the Social Security guardian, was moving to take his guns away.

Although it is Standard Operating Procedure for the VA to appoint its own guardians and use this to justify its gun ban on more than 175,000 veterans, it now appears to us that the VA is searching for new “gun ban excuses” to strip even more veterans of their constitutional rights.

FK – Hanging of traitors by the county militia force should be standard procedure by now but we exist in a nation of cowardly whores.

FK – I hope all the non-supporters of the Bundys lose all their property rights because that’s ultimately what this is about. They fully deserve the consequences of their apathy.

North Korea is one of the most brutally oppressive dictatorships in human history, so it’s certainly not surprising that the government is critical of the idea of allowing the people access to firearms. When you are condemned by North Korea, you know you have earned the honor of being despised by the despicable. And the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence has found another ally to add to the list in advocacy of a “government monopoly on force”–everybody wins.

The incident, he said on Facebook, took place on May 9. That’s when he replaced the school’s flag with the yellow “Don’t Tread On Me” banner often associated with the Tea Party as a senior prank. He also posted a paper to the pole that told the history of the flag.

The prank didn’t sit too well with Jodie Diers, the principal of Central High School, who was livid over the prank. Other students, Stoneburner told Examiner, claimed she was angrily yelling to have the flag pulled down when she first saw it. According to Stoneburner, she pulled him out of a scholarship breakfast and told him and his parents the flag was a “slap in the face” to the school. She then said he was “not welcome” at Central High.

FK – What trash that principal is. It will have no problem doing whatever it thinks is necessary to preserve its commie indoctrination system.

At least he, or his parents, can still go buy the weapons and ammo he’s gonna need to fix this mess if it can be fixed. Have you bought enough?

A2006 has cleared both chambers, although it must now go back to the Assembly for another vote.  The Democrat-controlled Assembly is expected to approve the bill again, which means that New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will decide whether to veto the bill.

Press reports indicate that Gov. Christie has still not made up his mind on what to do with this legislation.  According to The Washington Times:

So far, Mr. Christie’s office has refused to take a stand.

“If and when a final version of legislation reaches his desk, it will be carefully reviewed in the 45-day period he has prior to taking any action,” one spokesman for Mr. Christie said, in NJ.com.
