Using a combination of taxpayer-funded bribes and soft coercion, the Obama administration is building massive Common Core-linked databases and quietly vacuuming up gargantuan amounts of private information on American schoolchildren, a new study by education experts revealed. Through a dizzying array of federal and federally funded state programs, the political class in Washington, D.C., is working to essentially eliminate any semblance of privacy — even to the point of targeting students’ values and beliefs. The plot appears to be unprecedented in scope, seeking to collect some 400 data points on each child.

Unsurprisingly, all of it is “intimately connected” to the Common Core nationalization of education, said the authors of the Pioneer Institute report, entitled “Cogs in the Machine: Big Data, Common Core, and National Testing.” All of the data collected through the federally funded national testing regime aligned with the controversial national standards, for example, will be made available to the U.S. Department of Education. However, as The New American magazine reported in August of last year in a major investigation, the Orwellian data-mining schemes associated with Common Core are also contributing to the growing uprising among parents against the entire plot.

FK- Using the willfully ignorant to enslave us all…

In 1787, the document known as the Articles of Confederation was the capital “C” Constitution of the United States. Article XIII of that Constitution mandated that regarding the making of changes to it: “Nor shall any alteration at any time hereafter be made in any of them; unless such alteration be agreed to in a Congress of the United States, and be afterwards confirmed by the legislatures of every State.”

When the constitutional convention met in Philadelphia in May 1787, that legally binding and constitutional provision was ignored. From the moment Edmund Randolph stood and proposed what was known as the “Virginia Plan,” the Constitutional Convention of 1787 became a “runaway convention.”

There’s no debating that fact. There was a provision of the Constitution prohibiting any changes to the Articles without unanimity. That provision was not only disregarded, but was replaced, eventually, by Article VII of the Constitution created at the convention.

Article VII of our current Constitution reads: “The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same.”

That’s quite a bit different. With the approval of that new provision, the unanimity rule and the Constitution were replaced.

Despite constant reassurances by the pro-Article V convention group, there is nothing that could prevent a “convention of the states” from going down that same road.

Were we lucky (blessed) by the results of the runaway convention of 1787? Yes, undoubtedly. Would we be so lucky again? Not likely. As I’ve indicated in a previous article on the subject, there are scores of socialist organizations slavering at the thought of getting their hands on the Constitution and making it over into something we wouldn’t recognize. These groups have adopted Article V as the means to that end: an Article V convention of the states.

FK – If we didn’t have the second constitution we probably wouldn’t have a Bill of Rights.

If or when this eventually happens all commies need to be forbidden to attend at pain of death. The militias should have armed camps outside the doors in case the attendees try to do away with any portion of the Bill of Rights with an immediate death sentence for any who do so.

“I am sorry you lost your child,” Wurzelbacher wrote. “I myself have a son and daughter and the one thing I never want to go through, is what you are going through now. But: As harsh as this sounds — your dead kids don’t trump my Constitutional rights.”

FK – It’s way past time someone told them the blunt truth. But they’re not ‘gun grabbers’ they’re Liberty grabbers, authoritarians whose every breath is taken in the effort to enslave us all more completely. Lot’s of ignorant 19-year-olds die in wars and we unfortunately allow lots of willfully ignorant 40-year-olds to vote. We’ve had the internet for 15 years. There’s no excuse any more. They are our blood-domestic enemies and will have to be treated accordingly. Are you ready for what will be required?

GUN CONTROL VOTE IN HOUSE:  Disciples of anti-gun billionaire Michael Bloomberg staged an ambush in the House of Representatives on Thursday.  And 76 Republicans fell right into the trap.

The vote was on a Mike Thompson (D-CA) and Peter King (R-NY) amendment to the Commerce-Justice-Science funding bill.  Both Representatives hold an “F” rating with Gun Owners of America.

Their amendment would add an additional $19.5 million to pay states to turn in more names to the federal gun-ban (NICS) list.

FK – When I tried to do this, the letter to Whitfield, my rep., thanked him for voting against the bill but he’s listed as voting for it. When I tried to email GOA I’m not sure if the form submitted correctly. Haven’t heard back from them.

The human mind simply has a mysterious propensity for believing what comforts us, what our friends think, what experts or moral leaders tell us — and above all, what fits our personal biases. Thinkers from Plato to Ayn Rand have observed the human tendency to prefer comfortable illusions to new facts. Psychologists aren’t even close to understanding this, but novelists, philosophers, and poets know all about it. Thomas Pyncheon observed, “Ignorance is not just a blank space on a person’s mental map. It has contours and coherence, and for all I know rules of operation as well.”

FK – I’ve warned ‘pro-gunners’ for years about getting hung up in the ‘crime argument’ for or against gun control. Even if gun control could be proved to reduce crime over all it would still be evil because it’s not about common crime. it’s about curbing government crime. Our blood domestic enemies who want to disarm us all are authoritarians and slaves by nature. The submissive have been surviving to breed for a long time. It’s way past time to look them square in the eyes and declare: “We have our weapons for you, the same reason we always have weapons, for the pieces of shit who don’t think we should because history clearly shows that’s always who or what they have to be used on. If you don’t like that concept you don’t belong here and it’s time for you to leave and we ain’t askin.’ Now git.”

As I told a woman in New York state a while back: “If they move to take our weapons they’ll find out what blood is.”
