A ‘No Social Media List’ For Extremists And Potential Terrorists?

You have heard of the “No Fly List”, right?  Well, now the Tories are pledging that if they win the next election in the UK they will establish a list of “extremists” that will have to have their social media posts “approved in advance by the police” before they post them.  There are also plans to ban “extremists” from broadcasting and speaking at public events.  The stated goal of these proposals is to crack down on terrorism, but in the process the civil liberties of the British people are going to be flushed down the toilet.  And the American people need to pay close attention to what is going on in the UK, because whatever police state measures are implemented over there usually also get implemented over here eventually.  For those that believe that we need to do “whatever it takes” to fight terrorism, there is a very important question that you need to ask yourself.  What if the government decides that you are an “extremist” because of what you believe?  What will you do then?

When I saw a report in the Telegraph today entitled “Extremists to have Facebook and Twitter vetted by anti-terror police“, I could hardly believe it.

Do the British people actually want a “no social media list” that will essentially ban people from using Facebook and Twitter even though they haven’t actually been convicted of doing anything wrong?

FK – The corporations that run the net want us all to be easily identifiable so they can control our speech and actions by threatening our ability to ‘make a living.’ Our real enemies are those who wage war against Human Liberty for whatever reason or excuse, whether their banner is religious, commie or a government flag.

Our nation has tolerated ‘extremists’ for decades that should have long ago been kicked out:

FK – Unfortunately human nature dictates these discussions amount to the pot calling the kettle black. Ayers is right about some of the problems he points out though his solutions are evil and the Faux Newshore is as wrong in her blind patriotism. Who can say for sure what the servants of the beast really desire. Every Nazi claims he’s defending the country, or democracy or truth, freedom and the amerikan way or some such.

FK – The reason for ‘open carry’ is to prove a point to the “Liberal”(commie) trash and to do things they don’t want us to be able to do because they are evil. It’s not a ‘safe’ world. No where is ‘safe.’ There are less dangerous places but none are safe.

I used to open carry often back in the mid-90s. Of course here in Kentucky it was never an issue, except to the ignorant and the evil. On occasion I still do. If someone pulls a gun on you, it’s decision time. I can’t tell you what your decision should be. As ‘ol Dirty Harry used to say “A man’s gotta know his limitations.” But that doesn’t mean you surrender your dignity or take a chance on coming under the control or power of an evil individual.

Always be aware of your surroundings and don’t let anyone get too close to you and when it’s unavoidable cover your weapon with your hand or arm or something just don’t do it in a threatening manner. The “Liberal”(commie) trash will do all it can to get you in trouble or make our Liberty look bad to the sheeple.

The unfortunate fact is that there will be more of these events. Don’t allow the “Liberal”(commie) trash to make an issue of it or use it an excuse to attack our most basic right and get ready to do them what will be required.

There are many things to consider:

GOA Case Goes Before the U.S. Supreme Court

To put it more bluntly, since Mr. Heien was violating no law when he was stopped, the state objectively has no property interest in his person or in his car or anything that could potentially be found in his car (like a gun). For that reason alone, the stop violated the Fourth Amendment, regardless of how “reasonable” some North Carolina judges subjectively believed the police had acted.

Protecting the Fourth Amendment is important because it ultimately protects gun owners from being illegally stopped, searched and having their firearms seized.

You can help support cases like this by giving generously to the work that GOA does.

Not only will that help us to challenge anti-gun laws in the courts, you will be helping GOA to magnify its no-compromise message on Capitol Hill.

FK – To put it more bluntly we must gain control of how these junior Nazis are educated so they don’t do evil things like this, including enforcing evil laws and not having the courage to arrest, prosecute and execute those who write them.

FK – In the old days the women gossiped while they worked at quilting bees and corn shuckings.

The Indians had a good system. The women did the gardening and food processing while the men did the hunting and war mongering. Maybe we’re not all that different, except for the modern effeminate “Liberal”(commie) trash males in the vid below.

How States Can Protect the 2nd Amendment from Federal Abuse

Anti-commandeering can have a significant impact on any prospective federal legislation undermining the Second Amendment and our right to keep and bear arms.

The Constitution does not delegate any power to the federal government to regulate firearms. This authority does not exist within the “few and defined” powers James Madison outlines in Federalist 45.

The Second Amendment further clarifies the restriction on federal power, clearly stating that the right of the people to keep and bear arms “shall not be infringed.” The plain meaning of the text offers no possibility of any federal legislation whatsoever restricting or regulating firearms or ammunition, even in the course of exercising legitimate constitutional powers. Therefore, any federal legislation pertaining to gun control is, in reality, unconstitutional.

Of course, federal courts have illegitimately eroded the constitutional limits on federal power, leaving Americans with little recourse in Washington D.C. But that does not leave we the people completely powerless. We can legally take action at the state level to thwart federal encroachment on our rights. While we might debate the constitutionality of such federal gun control laws, there is zero debate that states don’t have to help enforce them.

The fact is, the federal government needs the states to play ball in order for any of its laws to be more than words on paper. They depend on state support to implement and enforce their laws. Judge Andrew Napolitano stated earlier this year that the federal government relies on the assistance of local law enforcement to give their laws teeth. Without their support, any future gun control laws would be “nearly impossible” to enforce.

FK – It’s the old give and take, we give while they take. It’s time to stop giving in. We need a militia force in every county to deal with the black-suited Nazis who choose to serve tyranny over Human Liberty. Here’s my version of the origin of our most basic right.
