Western States Want Feds to Surrender “Federal” Land

While the summit was organized before the Bundy-BLM fiasco stirred national fury against the federal actions, the confrontation at the ranch between productive citizens and rogue bureaucrats reportedly provided additional urgency to the efforts. “What’s happened in Nevada is really just a symptom of a much larger problem,” explained Utah House Speaker Becky Lockhart, one of many high-profile leaders in the state who say the federal government needs to hand over the land. “The majority of these states have more federal land within their borders than land of their own. It is about fairness.”

Utah State Rep. Ken Ivory, one of the summit organizers, noted that there is an estimated $150 trillion in mineral resources “locked up in federal lands” across the West — wealth that is desperately needed by struggling American families in a flailing economy. Aside from that, the federal government has been an especially poor steward of the land, he added, endangering Utahans and other citizens across the Western states.

“The acres harvested are dropping precipitously,” Ivory was quoted as saying. “At the same time, the catastrophic wildfires are increasing dramatically, the cost, the acreage. That’s killing millions of animals; it’s destroying habitat and watershed. So, if we don’t stand up to act now, and seeing that trajectory of what’s coming, we know that down the road those problems are only going to get bigger.”

FK – There should be some public land in all states and counties so young people whose parents don’t own land have a place to get much needed physical exercise and learn how to shoot and hunt their blood domestic enemies.

Whatever Supreme Court decides in gun carry case, infringements will continue

Gun owners who monitor such things are on pins and needles after the Supreme Court apparently (temporarily?) kicked the can down the road in Drake v. Jerejian, a New Jersey case considering “Whether the Second Amendment secures a right to carry handguns outside the home for self-defense; and … whether state officials violate the Second Amendment by requiring that individuals wishing to exercise their right to carry a handgun for self-defense first prove a ‘justifiable need’ for doing so.”

Can we count on “conservative” Chief Justice John Roberts, who inexplicably found the approval of the Framers in Obamacare?

Will “conservative” Justice Antonin Scalia once again give aid and comfort to “progressive” gun-grabbers, as he did in Heller? What prompted him to volunteer the unnecessary (not to mention subversive) opinion “We think that limitation is fairly supported by the historical tradition of prohibiting the carrying of ‘dangerous and unusual weapons.'”?

Will “conservative” Justice Clarence Thomas let all gun owners down, the way he did Thomas Lamar Bean, when he decided it was totally OK for the fedgov to create a prohibited person out of a good citizen who inadvertently had some ammunition in his car when he visited Mexico after attending a gun show?

FK – Same ol’ answer as always, take our country back after an extensive and thorough “Liberal”(commie) trash season, hold the treason/war crimes trials to figure out who we need to hang, then have a militia force on hand to make sure the granite gallows in front of the Supreme Court Building gets the use it so fully deserves.

‘Hate Crime Reporting Act’ a “Dangerous” Threat to Free Speech

Introduced earlier this week by Senator Ed Markey (D-MA), the ‘Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014′ (S.2219), along with its companion bill in the House, H.R. 3878, would task the National Telecommunications and Information Administration with filing reports on Internet, radio and television content that seeks “to advocate and encourage violent acts and the commission of crimes of hate”.

According to Congressman Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), chief sponsor of the House version, the bill will target “hateful activity on the Internet that occurs outside of the zone of First Amendment protection”.

FK – Any activity by ‘reactionaries’ against the amerikan communist insurgency is ‘hateful.’ Don’t let  your blood domestic enemies decide what you do. Be prepared to do to them what will be required.

SHOCK CLAIM: China Shot Down Flight 370

FK – And there’s three or more versions now about the ancestry of the Marxist mutt.

The Marxist mutt won’t be removed from office by the system now in place since it is a tool of that system, regardless of its genealogy. We need to focus on taking our country and governments back from our greatest enemies, our domestic enemies who are white and were born here.

Organizing a Right-Wing Ukrainian Militia? There’s an App for That

Ivan Panchenko, the app’s developer and creator, cited concern among users that the application could be used by outsiders to gather intelligence on the Right Sector’s activities. According to Panchenko, security features will be incorporated in the near future, including geo-blocking to prohibit downloading the app from within the Russian Federation, a response to pro-Russian users using the app to troll Pravy Sektor members. Developers are also planning to implement a more secure messaging protocol.

Panchenko, who says he is a student and not a member of the Right Sector, had the idea for the application after the revolution in Kiev. It was pulled together within a single month in order to create a platform for Ukrainians to communicate in a “fair and friendly atmosphere.”  “Within this application, we are all one family,” Panchenko says. He also tells Vocativ that they are planning an English version of this application with additional features. “No state has tried to block our application, so we are fine,” he says.

FK – One wonders how well this will work. They seem to be farther along than we are:

In Kiev there is growing concern about militias. On March 31, the Right Sector was held responsible for a shooting near the Maidan square in which three people were wounded. Police raided their headquarters and reportedly uncovered a cache of weapons. A day later, the Ukrainian parliament voted to disarm paramilitaries, paving the way for the authorities to act against self-defense groups that sprang up during the wave of protests against the previous government.

FK – Click on the second link and watch the vid. There is ‘no proper time’ to hand over your weapons. They seem to have an incomplete understanding of human Liberty.

Georgia governor signs ‘guns everywhere’ bill into law

House Bill 60 strengthens gun rights in the following way, as the NRA-ILA pointed out:

-Removal of fingerprinting for renewal of Weapons Carry Licenses (WCL).

-Prohibiting the state from creating and maintaining a database of WCL holders.

-Creation of an absolute defense for the legal use of deadly force in the face of a violent attack.

-Removal of the sweeping restrictions on legally carrying a firearm with a WCL in churches and bars, leaving this decision to private property owners.

-Lowering the age to obtain a concealed WCL for self-defense from 21 to 18 for active duty military, with specific training.

-Repealing the unnecessary and duplicative state-required license for a firearms dealer, instead requiring only a Federal Firearms License (FFL).

-Prohibiting a ban on firearms in public housing, ensuring that the right to self-defense should not be infringed based on where one calls home.

-Codifying the ability to legally carry, with a WCL, in sterile/non-secure areas of airports.

-Including a provision that would have the state report those persons who have been involuntarily hospitalized or have been adjudicated mentally deficient to the NICS system while also providing an ability for relief through an application process to the court system for the purpose of restoration of rights.

-Stating that under a declared state of emergency, all law-abiding gun owners will not have their Second Amendment rights restricted or infringed by executive authority through Emergency Powers protection.

-Strengthening current firearms preemption statutes through further clarification of the regulatory authority of local governments, excluding firearm discharge ordinances.

FK – Without having read the entire bill it seems like a good propaganda win but we still have a long, long way to go.
