FK – The ‘No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group is where the ‘leverage’ needs to be applied.

Ask the ‘compromisers’ what they plan to tell their membership when we’re ordered to ‘turn them in’ and a commie or ‘conservative’ SCOTUS rules that’s OK. That’s the only REAL question that REALLY matters.

They should be handing out free membership to real activists who fully understand the evil that is waging war against us all. But the problem is they may be part of that evil. Our domestic blood enemies, our greatest enemies, have infiltrated everything in this country. That’s the ‘everything’ that’s in the dictionary.

The republicrat party has the same problem. But then it was the original party of big govt. Read ‘The Real Lincoln.’ Then read ‘Lincoln’s Marxists.’ The NRA was founded by Yankee generals who wanted their conscripts to be better marksmen so they could more easily kill off any real competition for their new empire.

Just keep pushing for NRA members to switch to GOA and other ‘no compromise’ groups.

The communists as usual are funded by the globalist elites. Without those funds and direction and propaganda the ignorant school children would be sitting home sucking their thumbs. Trump needs to be told to start arresting those responsible for this war on our Bill of Rights because there is no right to work covertly or overtly to enslave those around you.

We must get the commies out of the schools and universities and the textbook printing companies. In reality we should ban them from this country and our government and our so-called ‘news’ media.

Interior Minister Nestor Reverol said the event marked the renewal of efforts to disarm Venezuelans, through a combination of seizures and a voluntary program to swap guns for electrical goods.

GOA Files Brief Challenging Federal Restrictions on Machine Guns

“GOA is correct.  There is nothing in the Second Amendment that excludes ownership of any weapon — machine gun or otherwise —  from within its protection. In fact, the text of the Second Amendment is very clear regarding the government’s ability to qualify this most basic liberty: ‘the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.’” — The New American, December 27, 2015

A case currently pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit could push back against President Obama’s promise to make America safer by disarming civilians. Gun Owners of America (GOA) has filed an amicus brief in this case, U.S. v. Watson.

On its website, GOA provides the following short summary of the relevant issues in Watson:

At issue is the constitutionality of a part of the 1986 McClure-Volkmer legislation, which prohibits the manufacture and possession of machine guns by Americans unless they were registered prior to the date of the Act.

The case in Watson (submitted on December 9, 2015) involves a family trust that had applied to manufacture an M16 and challenged ATF’s eventual denial of that application.Specifically, the brief filed by the GOA challenges the ruling by the district court that held that regulations on the manufacture of machine guns were deemed constitutional in a prior Third Circuit Court opinion, the opinion in U.S. v. Marzzarella.

Dicta in the Marzzarella decision claimed that the U.S. Supreme Court had likewise held in favor of the constitutionality of prohibitions on machine guns.

The Supreme Court has never issued such a ruling. In fact, the decision in the case of District of Columbia v. Heller (2008) clearly states that “all instruments that constitute bearable arms” are protected from prohibition by the Second Amendment, unless challengers could prove otherwise. As GOA explains in its summary, “Heller noted that the definition of what is and what is not a protected arm does not turn on whether a weapon has a military or nonmilitary use.”

Rep. Salmon Sets His Sights on Increasing Shooter Safety

Rep. Matt Salmon (R-AZ) has introduced the Hearing Protection Act, H.R. 3799, which restores your right to buy suppressors for your firearms.

Under Salmon’s bill, anyone who can buy a gun can buy a suppressor.

It also waives the $200 fee previously needed to get a government permission slip.

Suppressors protect the hearing of shooters, including the young and hearing impaired. They are of no value to criminals or mass shooters, and even homemade suppressors are rarely used in crimes.

They are effectively banned for one reason — because gun grabbers want to make it more difficult for gun owners to exercise their rights.

The irony of the whole situation is that items like suppressors actually increase the safety of shooters because they reduce the noise that is generated when operating a firearm.

The issue that matters? – Hearing Protection Act: No NFA Tax for Silencers?

This is not a column per se but a point by point response to certain issues, or the issue, that still, after all these years, seems to be missed by many. Watch the video first.

FK – We’ve had the internet for 20 years now. So it would be called ‘willful ignorance.’ There’s nothing more important than monitoring our govt. and the laws we are forced to exist under at the point of a gun. I simply can’t have any respect for those that ignore this reality.

If only the ‘No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group would kick out its infiltrators and its idiots and do what it should: organize and help train the militias for what will be required.

The NRA was founded by Yankee generals because their conscripts in the war to continue taxing the southern states couldn’t shoot well enough. So in reality it’s been part of the problem from the beginning. It had to be dragged kicking and screaming into this war and still pretends we’ll be able to win it via elections and legislation and that the Second Amendment is the only issue. We could win the gun battle and still lose the war.

The Second Amendment doesn’t mention licensing, taxes, stamps, permission, background checks, I.D. cards, concealed carry, open carry, sporting purposes, hunting furry animals, harvesting food, and on and on. It reads “…shall not be infringed.”

If the NRA had a backbone it would be demanding every candidate publicly declare their stance on repealing all ‘gun laws.’ This is probably the most basic concept they deal with in any campaign. If they don’t ‘get it,’ what our most basic right is: the right to hunt and kill them if they work to enslave us or in our case enslave us further, they don’t have any business being an elected, hired or appointed public servant and they break their oaths as soon as they take them which should bring about a treason trial and a death sentence.

I’ve attended the machine gun shoot in Kentucky many times. In the last year or so one of the vendors said this to me(paraphrase): “This was a good event until they let all the poor people in.”

Those who have several grand invested in a machine gun might not be interested in repealing the NFA. Tough. We’re supposed to be armed equally with any infantry soldier, Marine or militiaman in the world, so we can kill them if we have to. It should be an affordable item to the common man or woman.

800,000 suppressors? That’s some good news. If they’re spread around where they’ll be available to us when enough finally come to grips with what will be required.

The NFA was never ‘needed.’ It was a power grab like all they do. As soon as the war starts they will ‘outlaw’ all those fighting it and their weapons. Does that mean we will then turn them in and go home and sit in front of the big screen and yell at Faux News?

Hunting is fun and a good skill to acquire. The upcoming primate season will be even more interesting because many of them will shoot back. Their ideology killed 200 million in the 20th century alone, so they have proven their pacifism is false. They readily vote to have the cops and soldiers they claim to hate break down their neighbors’ doors and murder them for not surrendering any more of their liberty. Yet so many are in such deep denial about the situation we face here.

Our domestic blood enemies are telling basically the same lies they were 20 years or more ago, with some minor alterations. Nothing short of the ‘compromise’ they’re always whining about, going their way, will do. Without that they are political wallflowers that in reality should be kicked out of the dance, because that is exactly what they plan for those who claim to love human Liberty.

As someone once said, “When you begin to ‘compromise’ on what you already possess, you lose.’ The only thing we should be compromising on is whether the communists, who are neither ‘liberal’ nor ‘progressive’ get one or two broken oars for the leaky rowboat we allow them to row to Europe. The no-compromise part is they GTFO of OUR country because they don’t belong here.

A stepping stone process is not necessarily bad. As many have argued it took years, decades to get to this point and it may take as long to get back to where we should be. That is not, never has been, the issue. The issue that matters is what will we do if they say ‘turn them in,’ or ‘you can’t buy anymore nor introduce children to the shooting sports,’ in so many words and a commie SCOTUS agrees?

Without an organization in place to deal with this, and the NRA’s shysters and lobbyists won’t do the trick, we are doomed, as a nation and as a so-called ‘free people.’ We will be no better than England or Australia or many other nation states. The Bill of Rights is what makes us exceptional. Without the resolve to spill blood if necessary to protect it we are spitting on the graves of the ancestors who fought to provide it.

I have long felt there is no issue more important than this.

Utah officers, hot under the collar? A pair of Utah police officers, suckers for a group of bikini clad girls, have been suspended for allowing the beachwear babes shoot off their “guns.” The men were engaging in firearm practice when – in a very beer commercial-esque moment of lascivious spontaneity – a busload of babes in bikinis rolled in. The officers, clearly overcome by the moment, handed over their police-issued firearms to the chesty chics, who blew off a few rounds while the men sat and “supervised.”

Writes The Associated Press on March 8, via Fox News: “The Utah Department of Public Safety imposed the discipline in December on Rob Wilkinson, a Utah Highway Patrol sergeant, and Justin Hansen, a State Bureau of Investigation agent. Wilkinson, who received a three-day suspension, and Hansen, who received a one-day suspension, were at the Big Shot Ranch near Grantsville in June when British bikini models posed for photos and were videotaped firing guns for a calendar called ‘Hot Shots.’”

Wilkinson and Hansen each were cited for “bringing discredit” to the force, and because they actually appeared in the related video made by “Hot Shots,” for “wearing their uniform during a promotion for a product.”

Help Overturn 18 USC 922(o) & NFA

My name is Stephen Stamboulieh.  I am an attorney in Mississippi that has tirelessly worked to further our 2nd Amendment rights.  

Now, my sights are set on 18 USC sec 922(o).  This is known as the machinegun ban.  I don’t believe this is constitutional in light of the Second Amendment to the Constitution.    Likewise, the National Firearms Act (“NFA”), which taxes the making and transferring of Title II weapons (machineguns, suppressors, short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, etc) is ripe to be attacked on Second Amendment grounds.

We have the avenue to attack both the machinegun ban and the NFA with the BATFE’s recent approval of a number of Form 1s.  I have a number of clients that I will be filing a lawsuit on behalf of to seek to overturn the ban and the NFA in different states.

This will be expensive.  I am in the process of collecting donations to offset the legal fees in this case.  If you are interested in assisting, please donate.  No donation is too small.  These lawsuits will be funded strictly off donations.  Unlike the government, we do not have an unlimited war chest to fund this.  That is where the grass roots come into play.  We can do this, but we need your help!
