FK – Here’s what the Second Amendment actually means regardless of how much our domestic blood enemies with white skin, the “Liberal”(commie) trash and other assorted authoritarians lie about it:

The right of the people to overthrow or prevent tyrannical or authoritarian government by force of individually owned arms, purchased or manufactured without government permission or taxes levied or paid, inferior to, equal to or superior to those commonly carried by soldiers, marines, sailors or militia members of any fighting force in the world shall not be brought into question. The right of the people to protect themselves from criminals in government, or any institution that may seek authority over them or from any common street criminal shall not be brought into question. Those elected, hired or appointed public servants who do question this proclamation and/or the people’s natural, most basic right, that all our other rights are based upon, that of self defense, shall be arrested, tried for treason and executed.

There’s no such thing as a good ‘gun law.’ All gun control is propaganda designed to condition the sheeple to accept more control with total civilian disarmament being the final objective thus all gun control is an act of war. All who forward it should be arrested, tried for treason against human Liberty and executed.

The Second Amendment, as the rest of the Bill of Rights, is an  acknowledgment of our natural born rights, not a granting. The entire  Bill of Rights is about keeping the governments in their place as our servants, not our masters. The  Second Amendment is about the common person’s right to own weapons of  war so that we can keep the governments in their place by keeping the  ‘monopoly on force’ in the hands of the people where it belongs, as in  ‘We the people.’ Remember that? It will not be infringed any further and  the ‘gun laws’ in existence will be repealed. End of discussion.

Governments will always be able to get guns so we must always be better armed than them. Act politically but prep for what history shows will have to be done. It’s way past time to prep for what will be required.

The most important ‘private property’ anyone owns is their own life, health, safety, and no one, anywhere, anytime has the ‘right’ to take that from them or deny them their most basic right, that of self defense.

What’s an ‘illegal gun?’ Those two words are nowhere to be found in the Second Amendment. Was the Inland Center a ‘gun free zone?” Why is commiefornia still a ‘may issue’ state? Why do we seek ‘permission’ to exercise the most basic right any creature possesses, that of self defense?

Why are we begging our elected public SERVANTS to restore ‘constitutional carry’ and the Bill of Rights itself?

So who or what is our real enemy? A tiny no. of fundies who manage to kill a few mush heads now and again or our own white home-grown “Liberal”(commie) trash that works relentlessly to disarm and thus fully enslave millions? What will we do when when a commie SCOTUS rules it’s OK for the “Liberal”(commie) trash, our real enemies, to demand we ‘turn them in?’

How many cowards will comply? How many will sit home and wait their turn to have their weapons taken from their ‘cold dead hands?’ How many will stupidly think they can bury them for a ‘better day’ when a generation or two of completely pacified morons with no conception of fighting back or how have been raised? Those are the questions that matter.

So when will the republicrats repeal the 16th amendment and the evil gun laws and pass a constitutional amendment to ban socialism?

Why are we REFORMING COMMUNISM? WHY is NO ONE asking WHY we HAVE an income tax?

Democracy is evil, another form of manipulation, two wolves and a sheep voting on lunch. Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote and killing the wolves. We MUST DEMAND LIBERTY!

FK – Authority is only determined by those willing and capable of projecting the force necessary to establish/maintain it.

The ‘source’ of ‘right and wrong’ matters’ immensely. A ‘source’ that condones eternal torture in fire will differ much from one that says there should be no such thing. Even more difference will stem from any source that establishes some form of caste system whether it is religious or secular based.

That’s why our human flawed Founders established a secular govt. that recognized our natural born right to fight back against and kill those who would replace it by whatever means.

There is no right to work covertly or overtly to enslave those around you via force nor some ancient guilt trip.

All law is opinion just as politics is human nature and vice versa. All the ancient ‘law’ regardless of source was someone’s opinion as to what should or shouldn’t be whether it came from some desert scribe or some ‘god’ imagined by such or some ‘higher power’ of the universe that dabbled in our origins and probably still does.

It’s my opinion that no one has the right to disarm me. It’s a popular opinion that ‘the pen is mightier than the sword.’ But that’s only true if the pen has enough swords to back up its ink with blood.

I don’t think many elected public servants are smart enough to have a god complex. Most of them are there just to put another feather in their caps or make money or gain power. Their usually watered down pretentious ideologies come second to survival, as with most sheeple.

I think the Libertarians are right when they claim the only ‘morals’ that matter is whether or not I’m truly damaging another person or their property. All else is eternal do-gooders and goody-two-shoes types trying to force their version, sub-version or subversion of such, really ignorance based fear, on all around them.

it’s great to love one’s neighbor but one should always be ready, willing and able to kill them. True anarchy would necessitate doing so to many.

We’ve been making laws of/from myth since the beginning. Someone long ago looked around at the chaos in the cave or the village and said “I can’t take this anymore,” and together with his buddies grabbed the ‘evil doers’ and rolled them around in the fire for a while for the rest of the clan to see thus the ‘new cave order’ was born.

Since then it’s been all about who’s willing/able to expend the force necessary to gain the high ground, build the castle in whatever form it takes and stay on top until someone else decides to muster the courage to play king of the hill.

All this was supposed to be moot but my own experience in watching this crap for 30+ years sadly informs me that the average dumbass has a very incomplete understanding of the form of govt. we’re supposed to have here with its Bill of Rights, mirrored by several states, that tells us we first have the duty and responsibility to kill the bastards when they over step their bounds.

The bounds are now so far in our past few even know they exist. We lost our republic to the original party of big govt. in the 1860s but few ‘conservatives’ can bring themselves to get over their worship of their party’s demigod, which modern commies admire too btw…

I used to think gun control was the answer. My research told me otherwise.

Before I started researching gun deaths, gun-control policy used to frustrate me. I wished the National Rifle Association would stop blocking common-sense gun-control reforms such as banning assault weapons, restricting silencers, shrinking magazine sizes and all the other measures that could make guns less deadly.

We looked at what interventions might have saved those people, and the case for the policies I’d lobbied for crumbled when I examined the evidence. The best ideas left standing were narrowly tailored interventions to protect subtypes of potential victims, not broad attempts to limit the lethality of guns.

FK – While the author ran across some obvious truths that anyone with a brain has been aware of for decades she is still deluded. ‘Gun control’ has as much to do with public safety as the welfare state does with helping people.

Ryan Blocking Concealed Carry Reciprocity, Massie Tells Armed American Radio

Massie went on to explain how he’s seen “a lot of pro-gun bills being introduced but they were going nowhere.” That’s a common tactic among politicians happy to capitalize off good press they can showcase to their constituents while cynically understanding the bills are intended for that, not to actually be passed and to change anything.

So why has there been no movement on reciprocity and on the additional provision of recognizing state permits in the District?

“We’ve got over 80 cosponsors at this point,” Massie told Walters when asked the status of his bill, which is currently and procedurally in the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform because Congress has oversight responsibility for Washington D.C. He’s “pressing for a hearing on it.”

“Why haven’t we seen movement over either 38 or 2909 since the horrific events in Virginia?” Walters asked, noting the Republicans control the House and the Senate and both Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell appear to be blocking bills advancing the right to keep and bear arms.

“You know what?” Massie replied, “The Speaker told me he didn’t think the timing was right. And I think this is the exact timing to bring this bill.”

Of course it is. What a disingenuous excuse. When will the timing be better?

It is time to start fighting REAL ID, and let Frankfort know we are still paying attention. With so many new legislators coming in this 2017 session we will have to educate them as well on the issue.

Primary Concerns:

  • Violation of Religious Liberty.

    • No Biometrics.
    • No information collection and storage, only verification.
    • Maintain the current Religious Exemption.
  • Information Campaign at County Clerks offices about alternative forms of ID that would be acceptable for flights, if Kentucky was not to comply with REAL ID for our Driver’s Licenses.

I told them that the only acceptable concealed carry reciprocity bill is one that protects the over 20% of states which have enacted Constitutional Carry.

And so now, I need you to communicate the same message to your Congressman:

1. If concealed carry reciprocity comes to a vote, it MUST contain protection for Constitutional Carry.

2. More and more states are recognizing Constitutional Carry.  It is now the law in more than one-fifth of the country (11 states) — and more states are expected to enact it by year’s end.

This is not a fleeting issue. More and more Americans are demanding that their state honor the Second Amendment.
