FK – I have to ask why out of all the ‘hundreds’ of witnesses have none from that unit come forward with their version?
Then I remember what 20 + years in the patriot movement has taught me: the average tool using monkey is a cowardly pathetic apathetic creature with a slave mentality that is fully capable of putting any and all thoughts that make it uncomfortable or feel threatened out of its mind when it perceives that doing so is crucial to its survival.
“[T]he SSA did not attempt to answer most of the legal questions raised about its authority,” the National Rifle Association observed. “Incredibly, the SSA also brushed aside empirical evidence the NRA submitted suggesting that the proposed rule would have no public safety benefit … The administration further acknowledges that the rule would not provide those subject to its terms the ability to defend their suitability to possess firearms before the actual loss of rights took place.”
This can happen because a citizen”adjudicated” by SSA* needs help managing finances, something everyone unable to decipher all the various federal, state and county/municipal tax codes and reporting requirements and schedules could well admit to. That can now be used to make certain these citizens are defenseless.
FK – It’s my guess that few would even be affected by this but that isn’t the point is it? After skimming over the 14 pages of evil that the Marxist mutt signed off on it’s evident what must be done. But that’s been evident for a long time however strongly many ‘conservatives’ et al deny it to them selves and others.
The real question is are we going to burn the republicrat congress’s phone lines up until they:
Repeal ‘all’ gun laws.
Forbid any govt. agency from making ‘law.’ Yes, it could be done.
Possibly passing an amendment to the constitution that reads something like this – “Whoever seeks to disarm the common people, as in ‘We the people,’ through any form of ‘gun control,’ and all gun control is about that ultimate goal, is to be tried for treason and executed.’
The republicrat party controlled the now red house and the congress during the Dubya years. Did they return our govt. to its original form and intent? Of course not. We will have to force them to. The republicrat party was after all the original party of big government. Read “The Real Lincoln.”
‘Party members’ such as Arizona’s mccommie shows it’s also heavily infiltrated.
We are much farther down the abyss than most know or want to think about.
Some of this would only be a good start:
FK – Why do so many not grasp that the SCOTUS is NOT the final arbiter of our rights?! WE ARE!
What we need is a drive to melt down congress’s phone lines until they repeal ‘all’ gun laws and pass an amendment to the constitution to convict all the trash that pushes ‘gun control’ of treason with execution to follow.
Yes we can.
And remember what will be coming to your door to enforce whatever ‘law’ the evil ones pass – the conscienceless black-suited Nazis:
FK – Be sure to teach your kids to ‘respect the police’ that are helping to enslave them.
Well, while many non-violent offenders are being let off the hook — and even some violent offenders who plea bargained down to “non-violent” offenses — the bill actually increases penalties for many law-abiding (non-violent) gun owners.
Hence, section 105 of S. 2123 increases — from 10 to 15 years — the potential prison sentences for “prohibited persons” and for those who merely possess a new machine gun, even if they are licensed under the NFA.
Have a gun, go to jail … for a long time!
Regarding the penalties for “prohibited persons,” the increased penalties in the bill would include the more than 175,000 veterans who have lost their gun rights, if there is still a gun anywhere in the house.
And it would include the 4.2 million seniors whom Obama proposes to strip of their gun rights by doing a computer search of social security.
Think about it: While this bill lowers sentences for many offenders, it raises the penalties for law-abiding gun owners who have had their gun rights stripped from them — like veterans and seniors mentioned above.
FK – This is why we need a militia in every county in the country. Any time any BAFT Nazi trash tries to railroad anyone into prison it should be hunted along with any shysters participating. It’s garbage and should be treated as such.
FK – As they say what happens in commiefornia later comes to the rest of the country. I see the useless unused bike lanes in many places. Most of them are no more full than the sidewalks. They need to teach the average driver how to deal with bicycles in traffic.
The trash that’s behind this evil is really a tiny minority of our population. So why aren’t we hunting them? I won’t vote for any prez candidate whose first guarantee isn’t to bring the troops home, activate the militias and NATIONAL Guard and do so.
Dr. Stephanie Seneff, who made these remarks during a panel presentation in Groton, MA last week, specifically cites the Monsanto herbicide, Roundup, as the culprit for the escalating incidence of autism and other neurological disorders.
Roundup, which was introduced in the 1970’s, contains the chemical glyphosate, which is the focal point for Seneff’s concerns. Roundup was originally restricted to use on weeds, as glyphosate kills plants. However, Roundup is now in regular use with crops. With the coming of GMO’s, plants such as soy and corn were bioengineered to tolerate glyphosate, and its use dramatically increased. From 2001 to 2007, glyphosate use doubled, reaching 180 to 185 million pounds in the U.S. alone in 2007.
FK – Maybe having to wear a gas mask to grow our food should tell us something.
