Obama Budget Lays Groundwork for Universal Gun Registry

In proposed “Program Increases” for the FBI, Holder has this to say:

“This program enhancement will double the capacity of the existing NICS [National Instant Check System] system.  These expansions are vital in ensuring that the NICS system can support a Universal Background Check requirement, which is expected to double gross NICS transactions.”

Huh?

It may have escaped the Attorney General’s notice, but the Democrat Senate defeated his Universal Background Check requirement.

So, in effect, Holder’s asking for $100 million and 524 personnel to implement a program Congress rejected.

FK – Way past time to demand a repeal of GCA ’68 and the NFA. Add it to your letter sent via GOA. Just do it.

Feds Declare War On Affordable and Plentiful Imported Ammunition

The question is who is building a handgun that shoots Steel Core 5.45×39 Ammo?

— AmmoLand (@AmmoLand) April 3, 2014

“This seems a bit fishy to me since it rarely takes the BATFE almost 2 years to ban something once they have cause,” notes the military arms channel blog. “It’s also worth mentioning that several companies such as Robinson Armament and JBI Armory have produced 5.45×39 handguns domestically for several years and we didn’t hear so much as a peep out of the BATFE until 2014.”

The blog notes a Google search of the firearm produces no results with the exception of those mentioned in articles and posts noting the government action. “It’s so obscure in fact that only 200 were produced in Poland and to my knowledge none were ever imported nor sold on the U.S. market as semi-automatic pistols.”

FK – BATF Nazi trash doing what trash does. After all these years, since they kicked off the murders of the Branch Davidians, why hasn’t the “No Rights that aren’t Allowed” group openly advocated the dissolution of that nest of bureaucrats and their treason trials to be followed by executions for enforcing laws that don’t belong in a free country???????

Gun rights activist proposes state solution to help curb federal abuses

“The states have always reserved what is called the ‘police power,’” Marbut, who was also the driving force behind the move for states to enact their own Firearms Freedom Act legislation explained to Gun Rights Examiner. “One way the states have traditionally asserted police power is with occupational licensing. States license all sorts of occupations and vocations in order to assure the public of a minimum set of quality as people working in those occupations and vocations provide services to the public.”

As part of required education for licensing, federal employees acting within the state of Montana would need to complete basic training that includes instruction concerning “[t]he Constitution and laws of Montana, including the right to privacy … [t]he culture of Montana people and their expectations of service providers, including ethics[and] [t]he oath of office.” Additionally, “Administrative, military, outdoors and law enforcement workers must complete advanced training … that includes instruction concerning … [i]ndividual rights that the state’s citizens have reserved to themselves from interference by government workers.”

FK – Not bad but I like my idea better: a militia force in each county in this country whose job it is to make sure the granite gallows in front of every government building get its proper use.

A new world tax regime

Over 40 governments, which the Paris-based OECD misleadingly refers to as “countries,” have already committed to the controversial scheme. In a “joint statement,” participating governments celebrated the planetary plot, implying that it was only being instituted to catch tax cheats. “Tax evasion is a global problem and requires a global solution,” said representatives from dozens of governments, including more than a few run by self-described socialists. “We therefore strongly support the development of the single global standard for automatic exchange of information between tax authorities.”

Also, sounding suspiciously like a threat, the participating governments claimed that only countries with rulers who submit to the draconian new regime will be able to “prosper in the future.” In other words, join the emerging global tax regime and violate the privacy rights of everyone, or suffer financial penalties. “We call on other countries and jurisdictions to commit to join this initiative at the earliest opportunity with the aim of rapidly creating a truly global system of automatic information exchange,” the governments continued in their joint statement.

And don’t miss this one:

The Dark Road: The Worst Tax Law You’ve Never Heard About

There are only two governments in the world that demand taxes from citizens regardless of where in the world they live. One is the gangster regime ruling Eritrea, where the all-powerful “president” and his party, the only legal one, have been in power since 1993. “Torture, arbitrary detention, and severe restrictions on freedom of expression, association, and religious freedom remain routine in Eritrea,” Human Rights Watch says.

In 2011, the United Nations Security Council lambasted the Eritrean regime for its bizarre efforts to collect taxes from Eritreans all over the world. The Obama administration voted in favor of the sanctions resolution, which “condemns the use of the ‘Diaspora tax’ on Eritrean diaspora by the Eritrean Government … and decides that Eritrea shall cease these practices.”

The Eritrean income tax on Eritreans abroad is two percent.

The other government that taxes all over the planet is the one in Washington. The U.S. government demands that citizens pay massive amounts of U.S. taxes and file mind-numbing amounts of complex paperwork no matter where they reside and work. According to experts, analysts, and victims of the schemes, the consequences have been devastating for Americans and the U.S. economy.

FK – Makes the current ‘riot’ going on in Nevada look like a dust devil. But maybe it will kick off the cleansing we so desperately need.

Coalition of Western State Legislators, Sheriffs, and Veterans Stand Vigil in Support of Embattled Nevada Rancher, Cliven Bundy ‘To Prevent Another Ruby Ridge or Waco”

It is necessary that current serving public servants step in-between the protesters and the BLM, to protect the rights of the people and to prevent violence against them by the militarized federal law enforcement that are massing near the ranch to continue the forced confiscation (theft) of  Bundy’s cattle, while they also restrict all access to huge tracts of public land, and attempt to restrict the free speech of protesters with their absurd “First Amendment Area” (which the protesters are ignoring, to their honor).

The Oath Keepers organization, comprised of 40,000 current serving and former military, police, and first responders, is also calling on its members and all other patriotic Americans to join the vigil at the Bundy ranch under the leadership of the current serving legislators and sheriffs.  The goal is to have at least one current serving state legislator and at least one sheriff on the ground at all times until this is over.  And they will be backed by a large number of military and police veterans, as well as dedicated patriotic Americans from all walks of life, to interpose and defend the rights of the protesters and to keep an eye on the actions of the BLM and any other federal law enforcement present, to prevent a recurrence of the horrid abuses seen at Ruby Ridge and Waco, and to hopefully pressure the Clark County Sheriff and the Nevada Governor to step up and do their constitutional duty.

Breaking: Feds in Nevada cattle dispute tase citizens

Although Bundy’s son was released Sunday afternoon, Cliven Bundy charges that the Feds seized the land from the state of Nevada and that legally that land still belongs to the state. The state has not disputed Bundy’s right to graze his cattle on the property. But although this dispute with the Feds has been ongoing for over 20 years, it is only now that they decide to put the screws on the Bundy family. Why?

Bundy’s son Dave was arrested for filming the Feds as they confiscated and impounded cattle owned by the Bundy family. The Feds claim that when confiscations take place, the property and roads in and around the region are officially closed to the public. But Bundy maintained he was exercising his First Amendment constitutional right to be there and to film what the Feds were up to.
