Do Cops Want Us Armed ? Chicago Police Sergeant Tells All WeaponsEducation

FK – So does Commienoise and chicawgo now recognize ccws from other states? I don’t think so. Is it a felony there or a misdemeanor? It might be a ‘big deal’ depending on which cop asks the questions.

If the police want our respect overall they need to stop enforcing the police state, to include the drug war, which is largely the reason for all the crime in urban areas.

We’re still a long long way from where we need to be, on many fronts, in this multi-front war. When the blood letting starts, it might not be over the Second Amendment. We exist in perilous times, in a very dark age.

Extreme Huntress with a Message

Charisa Argys wants to be a role model for hunters. Her goal? Spread the message that more women and youth can participate in hunting, and lobby for laws in states so that they are protected after the hunt. She is hoping to become the 2016 winner of the Extreme Huntress competition in order to help her goals become reality.

In 2014, Charisa became the focus of animal rights activists after she posted a photo of a mountain lion she killed in Colorado (2013). She writes:

In 2014 the picture of my mountain lion hunt was placed on an anti hunting Facebook page where extremist groups used it to attack me personally and hunting. I was attacked by people from all over the world, some even threatening to kill me and my children. I chose to stand up and speak out about those threats and work towards tougher laws to protect hunters from harassment in the field and after the hunt.

From her website:

I am a wife, mother, daughter and avid outdoors woman. I started my hunting adventures atop my father’s shoulders at the age of three, and have been hunting since that day. I believe in living with integrity, honor, morals and honesty; a person is only as good as their word. I feel those attributes are important to have as a positive professional role model.

As a mother of two small children, I take them with me so that I have the opportunity to hunt and they are a part of the experience. The first time I took them hunting alone they were 9 months and 2. Hunting in the Colorado back country with two little ones proved quite the challenge. One of my fondest memories was a pronghorn hunt with my daughter who was two. She was as excited as I was when I harvested a buck. I love that she is following in my footsteps.

The deer and the real horror

Official: FBI Overlooked Texas Shooter’s Violent Tweets Because ‘There are So Many Like Him’

An unidentified “senior law enforcement official” tells the New York Times that, while the FBI had been aware of Garland, Texas jihadist attacker Elton Simpson for nearly a decade, they did not follow his violent, pro-jihad tweets as closely as they could have because “there are so many like him” that the agency is overwhelmed.

In a report highlighting the long paper trail Simpson left behind of supporting and engaging with jihadists online, particualrly on Twitter, the Times notes that the sheer barrage of information can make it difficult for law enforcement to identify legitimate and imminent threats out of a sea of wishful jihadist thinkers.

Simpson and his roommate, Nadir Soofi, attacked a “Draw Muhammad” art contest in Garland, Texas on Sunday armed with assault rifles. They were almost immediately neutralized by a traffic officer working at the Culwell Center in Garland, and managed only to shoot one officer in the leg before their demise.

The New York Times notes that, while the center was heavily monitored due to a barrage of terrorist threats online, Simpson himself had only been cursorily monitored. He nonetheless was extremely active on Twitter: “Mr. Simpson, a convert to Islam with a long history of extremism, regularly traded calls for violence on Twitter with Islamic State fighters and supporters, as well as avowed enemies of Pamela Geller, the organizer of the cartoon contest.”

FK – As I often write, we outnumber them… since they’ve been distracted by the ‘war on terror’ when they should be hunting our domestic blood enemies who work tirelessly to destroy the Bill of Rights. But then this is all a big mush. The elites control the system and encourage the ragheads for their own ends. So who are our real enemies?

Top federal court rules against NSA’s phone records program

A federal court has decided that the National Security Agency’s bulk, warrantless collection of millions of Americans’ phone records is illegal.

The sweeping decision from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday represents a major court victory for opponents of the NSA and comes just as Congress begins a fight over whether to renew the underlying law used to justify the program.

That program “exceeds the scope of what Congress has authorized,” Judge Gerard Lynch wrote on behalf of the three-judge panel.

The law “cannot be interpreted in a way that defies any meaningful limit,” he added.

Additionally, the government’s rationale behind the program represents “a monumental shift in our approach to combating terrorism,” which was not grounded in a clear explanation of the law.

The Second Circuit’s decision provides the most significant legal blow to the NSA operations to date and comes more than a year after a lower court called the program “almost-Orwellian” and likely unconstitutional. The appeals court did not examine the constitutionality of the surveillance program in its ruling on Thursday.

Congress last reviewed the law in 2011, but even then, many lawmakers were not aware of the details of the NSA’s bulk collection practices.

Because most of the details were kept classified, “Congress cannot reasonably be said to have ratified a program of which many members of Congress – and all members of the public – were not aware,” Lynch wrote.

FK – And that’s the problem. When the bastards vote on laws they haven’t read they need to be dragged down the capital steps by their heels, given a speedy treason trial and hanged on the granite gallows out front. That’s why we need a militia in every county in this country.

Secret Bill Could Contain a Myriad of Gun Restrictions, Ammo Bans!

ACTION: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Orrin Hatch may soon give the President authority to write gun control restrictions into a “trade agreement.” So click here to contact your Senators –- whether they are liberal or conservative. Urge them to vote against the anti-gun “fast track” bill (S. 995).

Will UN-style gun control be rammed down our throats?

Gun import bans … Microstamping of firearms … Ammunition bans … The full implementation of the anti-gun UN Arms Trade Treaty … Illegal amnesty which locks in millions of new, anti-gun voters.

This anti-gun wish list could be part of the secret trade agreement that President Obama is getting ready to spring on the Congress.

This trade pact is called “fast track,” and what it means is that Obama can write any form of gun control he chooses into a trade agreement — import bans, amnesty, etc.

And this agreement DOESN’T need two-thirds vote in the Senate, as a treaty would. When completed, the agreement is merely subject to a majority vote in both Houses … it can’t be filibustered … it can’t be amended … and the GOP can’t refuse to consider it.

Ten Things You Need to Know About Fast Track

Should Congress Trust America’s Economic Future to this President?

FK – Maybe this is what the Jade Helm preparation/training is about, forcing this treaty on all of us malcontents.

FK – Part of me wonders if that colonel isn’t really that stupid. Doesn’t matter. The end result is the same.
