The issue that matters? – Hearing Protection Act: No NFA Tax for Silencers?

This is not a column per se but a point by point response to certain issues, or the issue, that still, after all these years, seems to be missed by many. Watch the video first.

FK – We’ve had the internet for 20 years now. So it would be called ‘willful ignorance.’ There’s nothing more important than monitoring our govt. and the laws we are forced to exist under at the point of a gun. I simply can’t have any respect for those that ignore this reality.

If only the ‘No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group would kick out its infiltrators and its idiots and do what it should: organize and help train the militias for what will be required.

The NRA was founded by Yankee generals because their conscripts in the war to continue taxing the southern states couldn’t shoot well enough. So in reality it’s been part of the problem from the beginning. It had to be dragged kicking and screaming into this war and still pretends we’ll be able to win it via elections and legislation and that the Second Amendment is the only issue. We could win the gun battle and still lose the war.

The Second Amendment doesn’t mention licensing, taxes, stamps, permission, background checks, I.D. cards, concealed carry, open carry, sporting purposes, hunting furry animals, harvesting food, and on and on. It reads “…shall not be infringed.”

If the NRA had a backbone it would be demanding every candidate publicly declare their stance on repealing all ‘gun laws.’ This is probably the most basic concept they deal with in any campaign. If they don’t ‘get it,’ what our most basic right is: the right to hunt and kill them if they work to enslave us or in our case enslave us further, they don’t have any business being an elected, hired or appointed public servant and they break their oaths as soon as they take them which should bring about a treason trial and a death sentence.

I’ve attended the machine gun shoot in Kentucky many times. In the last year or so one of the vendors said this to me(paraphrase): “This was a good event until they let all the poor people in.”

Those who have several grand invested in a machine gun might not be interested in repealing the NFA. Tough. We’re supposed to be armed equally with any infantry soldier, Marine or militiaman in the world, so we can kill them if we have to. It should be an affordable item to the common man or woman.

800,000 suppressors? That’s some good news. If they’re spread around where they’ll be available to us when enough finally come to grips with what will be required.

The NFA was never ‘needed.’ It was a power grab like all they do. As soon as the war starts they will ‘outlaw’ all those fighting it and their weapons. Does that mean we will then turn them in and go home and sit in front of the big screen and yell at Faux News?

Hunting is fun and a good skill to acquire. The upcoming primate season will be even more interesting because many of them will shoot back. Their ideology killed 200 million in the 20th century alone, so they have proven their pacifism is false. They readily vote to have the cops and soldiers they claim to hate break down their neighbors’ doors and murder them for not surrendering any more of their liberty. Yet so many are in such deep denial about the situation we face here.

Our domestic blood enemies are telling basically the same lies they were 20 years or more ago, with some minor alterations. Nothing short of the ‘compromise’ they’re always whining about, going their way, will do. Without that they are political wallflowers that in reality should be kicked out of the dance, because that is exactly what they plan for those who claim to love human Liberty.

As someone once said, “When you begin to ‘compromise’ on what you already possess, you lose.’ The only thing we should be compromising on is whether the communists, who are neither ‘liberal’ nor ‘progressive’ get one or two broken oars for the leaky rowboat we allow them to row to Europe. The no-compromise part is they GTFO of OUR country because they don’t belong here.

A stepping stone process is not necessarily bad. As many have argued it took years, decades to get to this point and it may take as long to get back to where we should be. That is not, never has been, the issue. The issue that matters is what will we do if they say ‘turn them in,’ or ‘you can’t buy anymore nor introduce children to the shooting sports,’ in so many words and a commie SCOTUS agrees?

Without an organization in place to deal with this, and the NRA’s shysters and lobbyists won’t do the trick, we are doomed, as a nation and as a so-called ‘free people.’ We will be no better than England or Australia or many other nation states. The Bill of Rights is what makes us exceptional. Without the resolve to spill blood if necessary to protect it we are spitting on the graves of the ancestors who fought to provide it.

I have long felt there is no issue more important than this.

Was Hughes Amendment lawfully passed?

Something else I ran into.

Why I couldn’t vote

Why I couldn’t vote
Barry Bright Nov. 4, 2015

(This was written yesterday afternoon before the election results were known. That doesn’t really change anything. Let’s hope our new republican elected public servants work to restore Liberty and the Bill of Rights here. In the meantime history shows we should prepare for business as usual.)

Earlier today I actually stopped at the entrance to the church parking lot where two local precincts share a polling place.

I had to sit there, in the two-lane highway, for a few seconds before I finally decided I was hungrier for lunch than for democracy. Another excuse is that my eyes were dilated from a visit to an optometrist.

But those weren’t the reasons.

I’ll plead guilty to not being informed enough about some of the candidates. But unless you can find out their voting records, all their affiliations and donors, then strap them down and administer truth serum and a lie detector test what do we really know about any of them anyway? Their campaign ads, speeches and so-called debates don’t prove anything, never have, never will.

A crystal ball won’t cut it. No magic can discern the depths of a politician’s twisted heart, nor that of any so-called human.

I’m not looking for a yallar dawg so I didn’t really have a reason to vote in the governor’s race though I did heavily consider writing in Blackie Effing Whyte just for fun. I talked with Bevin for 45 minutes one day and have heard him speak publicly 2 or 3 times and have read about some of his ‘stands’ that I can agree with. He’d be better than his opponent but then so would a mangy rabid skunk.

Bevin has never said anything that really impresses me, not that he’d probably care to. He’s too busy pandering to the average dumbass which is admittedly a little less of a dumbass than 20 years ago when I was still struggling to leave those ranks.

Claiming to be ‘pro Second Amendment’ because of an NRA membership and a CCW doesn’t cut it anymore. Too many realize now the NRA is part of the problem and a right applied for is a privilege. Wanting to ‘reform’ an income tax system that doesn’t belong in a free country is uselessness.

(Bevin did get an endorsement from Gun Owners of America. But so did Ted Cruz. I usually greatly admire GOA but I guestion them on these decisions. As they and others often say about the NRA, “It’s not just about guns.” We could win the gun battle and lose the war.)

Bevin’s statement last summer that he would agree to removing the Jefferson Davis statue from the capital rotunda was the last straw for me. It’s not about what the War for Southern Independence was really about or if we’d be any better off if the South had won or why we have so many yallar dawg voters but about not having the backbone to stand up against the communist propaganda stream and calling it out for what it is.

If they really want to prove they can or will attempt to change anything they must begin openly calling out our domestic blood enemies, our greatest enemies and stop kowtowing to their propaganda streams and stop using their key terms and phrases as if they actually mean something.

They are our blood enemies. They are the blood enemies of the Bill of Rights and human Liberty and every time they vote they vote to kill us. Simple fact. Treating them with anything approaching respect is a deadly mistake.

To be clear there are different kinds of respect. There is the respect one shows for a good parent that one loves and there is the respect one gives a rattlesnake in a sleeping bag. The latter is what our domestic blood enemies deserve.

For the benefit of pacified patriots I’ll have to state: “I’m not saying one should never vote or voting never does any good.” I’ve never advocated not being politically involved though I have been accused of such many times simply because I do constantly advocate being prepared for what will be required when the ‘system’ finally completely fails those who value human Liberty.

I am sick of and done voting for milquetoast pea brain RINOs and fake NWO hack conservatives and assorted authoritarians of whatever stripe. We don’t have a Ron or Rand Paul or a Thomas Massie in every election cycle, sad sickening fact. If Bevin wins and proves himself to be worthy by pushing a Kentucky version of the Firearm Freedoms act or refusing to enforce Kentucky’s income tax and refusing to allow the IRS or the BATF Nazis to enforce their evil laws here that’ll be a great thing. I’m not holding my breath and he should’ve started out in the legislature so he’d have a real record we could analyze.

If our would-be elected public servants are putting their religion or their ancient tribal propaganda before the Bill of Rights or individual human Liberty or true free will, which doesn’t involve eternal slavery vs. eternal torture, under some form of a ‘Lord,’ then they don’t need to be in the ring much less taking an oath to uphold the aforementioned document.

Yes, many ‘christian’ candidates might do a good job on some issues. But if they want to continue the drug war or control what others do in their private lives because of some ancient interpretation of ‘sin’ or morality then they’re on the wrong boat and in the wrong country.

Yes, almost any ‘christian’ candidate of whatever version, sub-version or subversion, real or fake or fooled would be better than the mangy rabid skunk mentioned above but that’s not the issue.

After watching this for 30 years I’ve finally reached the point of thinking the system will have to collapse completely for anything good to come of it. Recent actions or inaction by the republicrats in the U.S. Congress bear me out.

We’re gonna have to go up there, not packin’ signs. We won’t have enough numbers to make a difference unless the average dumbass ‘conservative’ or ‘libertarian’ finally sees there’s no other way. That probably means a lot of pain for the average American and amerikan. Don’t worry, the pain will come either way, either farther down the road with the NWO hack RINOs or more immediately with a hitlery or a bernie or some other such trash with it’s hands on the wheel.

This is historically a ‘christian’ country. But I like to think we’re transitioning to something better, where all our natural born rights will be acknowledged and not compromised by some primitive version of morality though I don’t expect to be in this realm long enough to see that happen.

Neither do I wish to see it ruled by a mindset that turns any governmental body into our gods, our angels, our saviors or our superiors. It’s not a completely communist country, yet. If it is someone needs to tell me so I can walk out my front door and start killing the trash.

Let’s link to one of our major commie rags for once just to rub it in their faces, not that it may mean that much in the long run…

Matt Bevin shocks Jack Conway to become next governor of Kentucky

FK – Yes, I ‘feel’ a little better after yesterday’s unexpected for me results, whatever the real reasons for the outcomes are. Maybe the sheeple really are waking up. Maybe this is just another bump in the road for the New World Order and our domestic blood enemies. Some of our horses won the short race. Now it’s time to really ride them.

What’s your duty?

FK – I feel your pain. If only we had a nation of men…

Something we should all learn for we will need it:

FK – Yep, we’re definitely going to need that. That is if we ever have a nation of men again.

Free Kentucky column: What’s What?

What’s What?
Barry Bright
July 12, 2015

The following isn’t ‘dirty’ but borders on it. Those who are ‘offended’ by such can avert their eyes… or roll them, I don’t really care.

Once there was a really smart high school senior, Beta Club president, Valedictorian, ad nauseam, the ‘smartest’ kid in his school. He decided he wanted to attend a very prestigious university so he went to visit the school’s dean.

He told the dean, “Sir I want to attend your very prestigious university.”

“Well young sir,” the dean replied, “Before being admitted to our school you must past our test. I suggest you go home and study and return when you feel you are ready.”

So the kid went home and studied, everything he could get his hands on, everything in the school library, all his old textbooks, read the local newspapers religiously, watched the ‘news,’ had conversations with any and all local big shots who would grant him the time.

So after several weeks he went and took the test. He breezed through it. It was the easiest test he ever took in his life, until he came to the last question: “What’s what?”

He sat, scratched his head, thought and thought, and finally went up to dean and said “Sir, I can’t answer this last question.”

“Well, son,” the dean replied, “Go home and study another year.”

So the kid, slightly disheartened, went home and began to visit all the university and local libraries in the lower 48 states and devour their content, spend time with all the ‘educated’ people who would put up with him, got involved in charities, political parties, religions, listened to endless lectures and even watched ‘educational television.’

Finally he felt he was ready once again. So he went back, took the test, breezed through it, and came to the final question: “What’s what?”

Once more he went up to the Dean with a quizzical look on his face and once more the dean told him, “Go home and study for another year.”

So this time he dipped into his college savings, bought a plane ticket, and went to Europe. He read every bit of ancient history he could get his hands on, learned every ancient language, studied all the forms of ancient governance, eventually visited every other country in the world, tearing through their libraries.

Finally his quest led him to the ‘esoterica’ as it is sometimes called. So in this new effort he climbed every mountain, inquired of every sage, joined every ‘secret’ organization he could find out about, to learn their hidden knowledge, and finally, felt he was ready to take the test again.

Same results: “Go back and study another year.”

At this point he was a bit perplexed and started to re-cover all his original material, convinced he had missed out on something basic, day and night, with little rest or relaxation or recreation he toiled, until finally nearly dead with mental and physical exhaustion he decided to take a break. So he called up his girlfriend, where he found time for a girlfriend in all this isn’t explained, and suggested a picnic in the park and day on the lake.

So as they were reclining opposite one another in a rowboat, his mind still filled with millions of details, numbers, statistics, formulas, he noticed a slight breeze begin to flutter his girlfriend’s dress and finally a gust lifted it high into the air.

“What’s that?” He nearly shouted, pointing under her dress.

With her eyebrows raised in anticipation and with a slight knowing smile she demurely answered, “What’s what?”

“Damn,” he blurted out, “If I’d have known that three years ago, I’d be a junior in college.”

The only moral to this story is that sometimes we don’t learn things until we are truly ready to, and sometimes not even then…

This is a slightly enhanced version of a joke told by my high school freshman year science teacher, who was also the football coach. It was a ‘general’ science class and thus not obviously deemed that important for it was probably filled by not-college bound kids. Our teacher spent most of his time telling stories and just generally ‘BSing.’

Barry Bright: What must be done – A manifesto of the ‘isms.’

What must be done – A manifesto of the ‘isms.’
Barry Bright May 12, 2015

This is in response to a group I joined on Fakebook and their ‘manifesto‘ of sorts. I’ve seen many ‘manifestos’ over the years. Most are usually interesting, and strike at the heart of one ‘ism’ or another.

As I’ve noted in the past all the ‘isms’ ignore those aspects of human nature/behavior/history they find inconvenient. I’m far from being an expert on every issue I’ve endeavored to understand in 20 years of being a patriot activist and I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do know a few things.

I wouldn’t want to be called an expert anyway, or even a ‘constitutional scholar’ as someone once referred to me, as most experts I’ve seen on the weaponvision over the years were simply someone’s whore and most scholars are still beholden to one political ideology or another.

If I have to label myself I say I’m a pragmatic libertarian paleo-conservative populist. In other words I know what it’s like to yearn for the Liberty that was stolen from us before we were born and to be treated like a jackass while simply trying to ‘make a living'(loosely defined).

So here we go, from 30 years of attempting to pay attention and 20 years of waking up…

Eliminate the Federal Reserve system and all forms of income tax on every level. The income tax is the second plank of The Communist Manifesto. If they are stealing their money out of your paycheck before it even reaches your hands, you’re a slave.

Look at Wall Street and the inordinate/undeserved power it has gained over our legislative process and our economy. Find ways to limit such without destroying individual Liberty.

Cease wars for profit. Bring our troops home and let them hunt our real enemies, who have always been among us.

Repeal all gun laws on every level, federal, state and local. Prosecute for treason those who have passed them, attempted to create them or enforced them.

Set a definite deadline, within 10 years, of the end of all forms of socialism, including corporate socialism/welfare, within our governments. As the old saying goes, “If we can put a man on the moon…” then surely we can come up with a way to help those who truly need help without creating inter-generational parasites who are simply dependable constituents for those who constantly seek to destroy the Bill of Rights and control every aspect of our lives.

Establish basic rules for voting: All voters must prove citizenship via a ‘birth certificate’ or ‘certificate of live birth’ or proper immigration papers; prove literacy in English; pass a test that shows they have a basic understanding of the type of government we are supposed to have here: small and limited, with a focus on the Bill of Rights.

To further protect our ‘franchise’ and to prevent vote fraud all voters will receive a receipt with a number, or their voter number, upon voting that they can use to check their vote against a tally on the internet the next day. Election officials will publish election results at 6 am the next day but not before so all interested parties have an opportunity to check results online. This must be done to prevent the evil mainstream news media from ‘calling’ elections before the polls even close and thus affecting the outcomes.

Educate all law enforcement and military and elected, hired and appointed public servants that their first priority is the protection of the Bill of Rights and the expansion of Human Liberty. Hold them to their oaths at the cost of their very lives.

Since the First Amendment reads thusly, in part: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” No religious law will ever hold sway over the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights or over those who want freedom from any religion.

Since the internet is the single most important Liberty expanding technology after the printing press, as it allows anyone who can afford a computer, a smart phone or access to any such device to posses and use their own press as they see fit, all efforts to ‘mainstream’ the internet, whether by corporate or government entities, will end. This means neither Google nor any other internet search service shall use means to channel search results away from certain topics or information, real or imagined, factual or fictional.

End the ‘drug war’ and the ‘war on terror’ since neither would exist anyway if the ‘right’ people on all sides weren’t profiting from them. Let the governments pursue only real criminals who have actually harmed a person or their property.

Release no violent prisoners who cannot be trusted with weapons, as easy as weapons of whatever kind are to acquire in a free society. When felons are released from prison they get all their rights back since they have ‘paid their debt to society’ and thus deserve even their most basic right, that of self defense, whether from criminals in government or common criminals.

We must have basic, enforceable and enforced labor laws for the simple fact that many cannot or will not stand up for themselves against oppressive, abusive employers and will literally do or say anything to get or keep a job including degrading their health from lack of exercise, over work, repetitive injuries and on and on. The elites who run the corporations, from whatever country, have proven time and again they prefer desperate workers who will show up on time, do what they’re told and never ask inappropriate questions.

We must establish a basic easy to understand tariff system that will discourage American corporations from taking advantage of either foreign or domestic workers.

Since in reality there is no such thing as a ‘right’ to work to enslave others or restrict their liberties, deportation for communists(by whatever cute name they call themselves), fundamentalist religious extremists, statists and authoritarians of various stripes, corporate workaholic jerks…. shall be considered.

A recognition that corporations are not human beings and thus cannot enjoy the same rights as a human being. They may have certain rights as in speech, property, copyright etc. but they cannot put their rights or their desire for profit over the rights or well-being of human beings.

Establish real environmental laws that hold corporate executives and their workers personally responsible for the damage they do to our environment.

We must create a civilian militia force outside government intervention with the primary purpose of protecting the Bill of Rights from all government and corporate and/or other entities at all levels within our society.

Since so many in our society are mentally so far removed from reality and so physically unfit as to be useless in a national emergency, such as would be needed to counter domestic insurgency or foreign invasion by statist/authoritarian entities we need some kind of basic conscription and military training for all youth. In short, there are many millions who could use a drill instructor yelling in their face for a while and others who desperately need to be trained away from their mindless pacifism.

Reveal everything the governments know about the alien/inter-dimensional presence on our planet, in our skies, where ever they may be or not be. The yet simple-minded will scoff at this, but it could actually be the most important item on this list, especially if as some claim, our governments and corporations are privy to information and or technology that would change how we all live within and see the reality we exist in.

I’ll throw this last one in for fun, even though it’s not likely to happen, it’s nice to think about:
We should shut the district of commie criminals down and turn it into a museum of tyranny. Move the capitol to the middle of Kansas. Allow them to meet only two weeks of the year – Jan. 1-15, during which time they must sleep in tents heated by cow dung. No hotels, airports, bars, NGOs, lobbyists, or any other assorted distractions allowed within 500 miles.

I don’t pretend the above is perfect or complete, not by any means. But it’s a fun start. The sad fact is that achieving such in any near future will most likely involve doing what will be required, as much as so many are loathe to even admit to themselves much less publicly.

What The “Cure Cancer” Cult Isn’t Telling You

FK – Since most “Liberal”(commie) trash is obviously suffering from brain cancer could they possibly get lobotomies through commie care? Ooops, too late for that.

FK – Well, we don’t have small pox anymore and I’ve never personally known a kid with polio…

FK – And then there’s this:

Professor: Russian Analyst’s Threat to Nuke Yellowstone Based on ‘Science Fiction’

Professor Shannon Kobs-Nawotniak responded to an article by Russian geopolitical analyst Konstantin Sivkov which explored the idea of nuking Yellowstone national park to trigger a super volcano by describing the scenario as complete science fiction.

As we reported last month, in commenting on ways Russia would wage war on NATO countries, Sivkov suggested dropping a nuclear weapon on Yellowstone in order to trigger an apocalyptic super volcano that would cover the country with hot ash.

“The consequences will be catastrophic for the United States – a country just disappears,” wrote Sivkov.

Idaho State university geosciences professor Shannon Kobs-Nawotniak told KPVI 6 that the idea would make an interesting sci-fi movie but that it “has no basis in science”.

FK – Would that be a ‘volcano buster?’

Real Talk: The Patriot Act

FK – Darn it, I usually have to watch her vids twice, once for aesthetic value and again to try to hear what she actually said.

The Patriot Act likely will not be repealed until enough Patriots go to the District of Commie Criminals and do what will be required.

CALIFORNIA STATE SENATOR RICARDO LARA: CALIFORNIA IS COMING TO A COMMUNITY NEAR YOU.

FK – That’s ‘commiefornia.’ It will have to be re-invaded and re-conquered.
